“Started my second bottle of their treatment and the product was calcified. It was like applying shards of glass on my face. The dermatologist said it happens and they are working on it. What?! Asking for a a Refund now and will never ever put any product by this company again. Overpriced garbage”
“It is hard to cancel with them, which is one concern. My biggest concern however is that when my box came, it included three products, yet the documentation that came along with it referenced a 4 step routine which included a dark spot corrector. "This wasn't in there. I contacted Agency, and their response was If you'd like, you can request the Dark Spot Formula here." Also, good luck getting a refund from them.”
“There is no easy way to cancel the subscription except via an email which they don't respond to for over 3 days. This company claims to work with doctors and to keep your information secure. Don't take my word for it, try to cancel via the site, you will hit a complete dead end until you give them photos of yourself. I submitted fake ones, and was able to unsubscribe. Be careful, this is not an ethical company. A good company makes it easy to leave it. This one does not.”

“I’ve had 3 different shipments sent to me. I’ve been using this for months and have had 1 increase/ change in the formula.
Since using, when I do break out the dark spots left behind are worse and last so much longer.
My skin doesn’t looks refreshed and radiant. It looks patchy and angry.
Lastly, the pumps are garbage! I’ve had 3 different products that the pumps didn’t work on. If you try to reach customer service you’ll get an automated email flyer with ways to help you figure out the pump. I have one bottle I cannot break into! I cannot get the pump to work or remove the pump to scoop out.
I just canceled my subscription and will not be returning.
I cannot keep fighting with the bottles and I’m tired of my skin looking like I sucked the life out of it.
I’m in the hunt for a new skin care line.

“Good product, but something must have changed with management as Agency has now decided not to honor the price I was quoted in emails when I transferred from Curology to Agency. The company had some price increases around the time I transferred, but I was promised my price would stay at the original amount before the increases. Every rep, and now even a manager dances around this instead of just being honest and admitting they're not going to honor my original quote. I'm in business too and I can say this is truly an unethical way of doing business and it clearly doesn't promote loyalty. This is a shame because now there are quite a few competitors that have joined this arena of online subscription service so customer service is everything!
If you don't have a payment/price issue you probably won't experience what I have, but if you do, hopefully this review will help those future customers to know it's difficult to get an issue resolved because you can't speak to someone and it seems that the staff is very young and inexperienced in how they handle issues/complaints. Very frustrating when you're on the other end. If you're not going to offer a customer service experience through phone communications then you should make sure you give employees the training and autonomy to think out of the box and make decisions based on each individual situation versus just giving them a script to type. Buyer beware!”
“The recently stop sending pre auto ship reminder email which i used previously to delay my shipment as the product take a bit of time to use. This time I get the reminder email and didn't know that the CHARGE and SHIP until I got a fedex tracking notification from fedex. I try reaching out to them ASAP and yeah got the standard can't cancel, no refund message. Don't shop with them they will kept charging and sending you stuff till your skin crack and drain your saving out.”

“Been using for three months and have seen improvement in my skin. I like the oil free cleanser and the moisturizer is great. Big compliant with shipping and product amounts. I am running out of product every month and the shipments take 2 plus weeks to arrive. I am only using small amounts but every month have run out. This is causing me to have purchase products to get me through the next shipment. May try another company due to amount and shipping but like the products.”
“Agency is the newest company of Curology to which I was a customer. I tried transferring to Agency as its anti aging program rather than acne focused. First I tried to start with agency, they turned me down after taking my $$ including sales tax in a state that does not have sales tax – and then sent me back to chirology, and offered me two months for free. I excepted. Then they told me I was not eligible. I canceled I tried signing up again they did it again I tried signing up again. They did it again now four times they’ve taken my money, not giving it back and not provided anything except an email saying I am not eligible because I am make Curology customer. I am not. They have no customer service. They have no one answering the phone. They do not refund money they do not answer questions. You should not trust them with your credit card information or your money or your skin. They are offshore, and they are dishonest scammers.
Lastly, any “influencer” that is telling you to join there is getting paid to do so. You should not trust them either.
I’m reporting this company to the State tax agency and BBB.

“My subscription came in the mail this past Tuesday. Used it once that day and by the next day, I started to notice the beginning signs of a rash, which started on the right side of my face. Come day 2(today), the rash has now spread to my chin, upper lefthand side of my forehead and parts of the left side of my face. My face is covered in bumps and I almost never get pimples. My skin also itches. I will NEVER buy or use a single product from this line. I immediately canceled my membership.”

“Do not get seduced by social media or influencers. This is a prime example of a relatively new company sans any form of customer service. Hung around for over 1 1/2 hours for the scheduled phone chat...nothing, nada, no call whatsoever! I received both an automated text and email 5 minutes to the scheduled call, but again, NO CALL! I can't imagine what happens if you have a bad reaction to their products because their customer service is automated programmed messages.”
