Have used Agency for 2 yrs. I told my Agency provider I was sensitive to Niacinamide based on experience with other products and requested no niacinamide in my Agency due to peeling and itching with every use. She suggested I go to lower Tretinoin . I told her I have used higher prescrip Tretinoin with no issues so I don't want lower Tretinoin. That was the only suggestion. I put Agency on hold to try a different company. I'm cancelling Agency as I have had better results with other products and no peeling or itching!

I really liked the products, but unfortunately am thinking of ending my subscription. The communication system is horrible. I feel like I am having to work at keeping track of their emails—having to look back at emails, searching to find the emails that they say they’ve sent, looking for two different sets of emails (one from the cosmetic person, one from billing), and today I received an email from Curiology when my previous communication has been with Agency. I had no idea that it would be this complicated to get assistance with ordering the right products. And, you can’t call to work through the confusion to ask questions. They are prompt but just way too complicated to get quick, simple answers. For this being a subscription, customized, prescriptive, and the high price per month cosmetic service, the communication is ineffective.

The products work but unresponsive customer service. It’s been 5 days, 3 messages and no response.

Happy? Mehh…. My issue is that the product they send you is supposed to last you two months. I use mine every day and I don’t get two months out of it. I end up running out about a week before my order goes in. That’s the other issue. Once your order goes in, you get an email saying that it’s being shipped but 10 days later, you still don’t have a tracking number nor do you have your product. This is a huge customer disservice. They need to upgrade the shipping to priority so that when the product gets ordered, it goes out the next day. I find myself having to wait two or three weeks between applications because I run out of product before I’m supposed to, and then it takes forever to get my order. I just changed my next months subscription to order a week prior than it should, to see if that curbs it, but I’m probably gonna end up giving up on this company, because waiting two or three weeks in between product, seems counterproductive

Been using for three months and have seen improvement in my skin. I like the oil free cleanser and the moisturizer is great. Big compliant with shipping and product amounts. I am running out of product every month and the shipments take 2 plus weeks to arrive. I am only using small amounts but every month have run out. This is causing me to have purchase products to get me through the next shipment. May try another company due to amount and shipping but like the products.

It’s ok but due to how much it pills on my skin, it really makes me miss using my tretinoin in a tube from the pharmacy that I had used for years previous. I don’t know if it’s just me but no matter how I apply this version of tretinoin-alone, ontop of a serum, on just a light moisturizer, no matter what it pills. I don’t have dry skin or peeling skin at all so this is super frustrating when I feel like half the fhe formula is scattered around my face in weird dried up clumps I’m never sure if it’s even penetrated into my skin. I literally use a pea sized amount like I always have. I’ve even tried to use less I’ve tried to use more. I don’t get it! The one thing I have found that SOMEWHAT helps is a specific Korean moisturizer I can put it on about an hour prior to future formula and as long as I do it really quick and don’t take more than 10-15 seconds rubbing it on then it usually doesn’t pill as much. I wish they’d add some type of squalane or something in this to make it a tiny bit less dry. Maybe I’ve just got a bad bottle? I never hear anyone else talk about this.

This is a good basic prescription for tretinoin. My biggest complaint is shipping and tracking. Customers should be allowed to track their prescription products after it is shipped. Agency only uses the cheapest method of shipping prescription medication with USPS and there is absolutely no way for customer to track shipment. All other online companies of this nature send their customers tracking information and Agency needs to step up and do the same

I received these products for free for testing purposes and my honest opinion. First off, I thought this was a cool concept. I like that you can talk to an expert and have them come up with a formula personalized for your own individual skin concerns. I have combination skin and very few breakouts. I am definitely looking to keep my skin looking young and wrinkle free. My formulas ended up having some trentinoin, hydroquinone, and hydrocortisone to name a few. I did notice a difference when I started using it. I got a tad sensitive, so the expert kept me on the same formula for the second batch. I’m not sure if this is related, but I’m not sure if these ingredients triggered a cold sore. I haven’t had one for 6 years or so and I’m not sure why it happened, but it made me scared and discontinue the Agency products. If that didn’t happen, I probably would have continued.

I received the products free Of charge in exchange for my honest review. To start my skin is somewhat sensitive and dry. I have a few acne marks and very fine smile marks. I took the quiz and was excited to try my custom formula. It arrived about a week and a half later. When I used it the first night I have severe burning and itching that lasted for quite a bit. I figure led it would go away, sadly it did not. There’s a month check in where I stated I was uncomfortable but the formula did not change as I was at the lowest amount of active ingredients. I continued to use it every other night in hopes it would get better. It did not. I stuck it out in Hopes of bettering my skin. Unfortunately after a few months I don’t really see a dramatic difference. Not one worth the uncomfortable sensations when I put it on. I really like the idea, and may give it a try again in the future and redo the quiz. However l, this time around I was not thrilled with the results especially given the cost.

I really liked the Dark Spot Formula, but the Future Formula was way too harsh for my skin. Even using the sandwich method and introducing it slowly, I had really severe purging/breakouts when I introduced the retinol and had to stop using it. The Future Formula is really nice though, and I’ll definitely continue using it.

It was convenient and was customizable to my skin care needs. I liked having an expert one click away with any concerns. I did receive my products for free in exchange for an honest review.

I received 3 months of complimentary Agency Skincare Future Formula for testing purposes. I was really excited to try out a custom made formula for my rosacea and acne, and loved the idea of having a dermatologist specialist to chat with. However, I was incredibly let down. First off, the Future Formula (a blend of Tretinoin, Azelaic Acid, Tranexamic Acid, and Niacinamide) didn't reduce my redness and my acne kept coming in full force. I understand that products take time, but after 3 months of use, there has been no improvement. (I write this as I currently have 2 pimple patches on!) Second, after the first month when I "checked-in", I stated that the formula wasn't giving me results, and instead of wanting more details or getting me "in touch" with someone, my dose of Tretinoin was increased. I actually was never asked to "check in" after. Positives: It's easy to get more product sent to you; the packaging is nice; there is no odor to the product; it didn't dry me out (as long as you only use a pea size amount). I'm giving this 3 stars because this may work for someone else, but for me it didn't help.

I love the future and dark spot formulas. However, the wash and Moisturizer need some work. They made my skin breakout more. I'm really disappointed in this combo of products.

I received a 3 month trial of Agency complimentary for my honest opinion. I will say that the set up/intake was easy, and anytime I had a question for the physician, I had an easy and great experience with that. However, I will not be continuing now that my 3 months are over. At first, I loved have my tret and niacinamide together, but I then ran out long before my next shipment. I also had to fully stop my prescription benzoyl peroxide wash in the morning, which did affect my skin. If I used it even once a week, my skin would dry out and I’d have to repair my barrier. I never had that problem when on my prescription tret prior to using Agency. But once I stopped my wash for the next three months, my problem areas (hormonal and around my lips) just went back to it’s bumpy, lumpy self. When I ran out early, I had to improvise with my old routine for a few weeks before the next shipment came in. That shipment lasted longer than it’s expiration date and I had to throw out product. I used the same small amount every application so I don’t understand why I had issues with amount of product. I also never used the dark spot lotion because my dark spots are my freckles and I love them and did not want them to lighten. Overall, it’s a great idea, I just don’t feel it’s executed well. And result wise, I saw more positive results with my old dermatologist suggested routine (which I’m back on now) then I did the entire 3 months on this. Just was not for me.

I received three months of Agency products (the Future Formula for two months, and the Dark Spot Remover for one). The intake survey is easy to follow and your assigned provider checks in after each month to determine whether or not to raise/change certain chemical levels. I liked the concept a lot, and it’s very user friendly, but the products wreaked havoc on my face. Granted, I have VERY sensitive skin (rosacea and acne) so I think it was just too harsh for me, as an individual. Overall, I don’t think it helped me much. It just irritated my skin but it’s worth trying for a month or so, just to see what happens.

I'm sorry, I went through the 1st month & then the 2nd month of the formulas. My skin has been extra dry & sensitive. After I quit using this with rebuilding my skin barrier products after a month my skin is already looking better. These products did not work for me.

I received a two month supply of this product complimentary for testing purposes. The initial process of signing up for the product and receiving a consultation was super easy. My overall skin care issues are rosacea (redness and texture) and dark spots due to acne. Overall, I really like this product (both the Future formula and dark spot corrector). My skin is super sensitive but this product didn't flare up my rosacea - quite the opposite it actually made my face feel smoother, hydrated, and less redness/texture (I stopped using my oral and topical medication during the product testing time). I will say to be sure to listen to all the directions provided, I had a minor incident where I experienced a mild skin burn after using a facial waxing strip (directions do say to avoid waxing). I did really like this product but the price was quite too high to continue their monthly subscription (base package is about $110) and the packaging of the skincare items were not ideal (I used the recommended amount and it did not last for the full month it claims to be for).

I received this product from influenster in return for my honest review. When I first received the product I really liked the product and got positive results my hyperpigmentation started to fade a bit my dark spots got a little lighter and I was pleased just wasn't enough product in the small bottles to use day and night as directed ran out quickly. On the second shipment the product was bigger but still the same problem not enough product to use day and night and to see positive results and also trying to get the product out the bottle is such a hassel...the pumps barely work and them you really don't know if all the product is out the bottle because they pumps are absolutely terrible but I still continued to see positive results... now this last shipment I added the moisture and cleanser to the order and I saw a change that regressed it wasn't an improvement my skin go bad again dark spots showed up and they changed the formula in the dark spot formula and I didn't see the spots fading anymore and like the prior shipments they ran out so fast you can't get to the end of the process to see if it really works because its not enough product and the pumps are terrible. But overall it was a positive experience my only suggestion is more product in the bottles of increase the size of them and change to bottles or pumps.

I received this product for free in response for my honest feedback. I don’t think that this product was for me, but Agency itself has great customer service response. I have very sensitive skin which resulted in irritation but they provided solutions to try and help remediate my issues. Deliveries were prompt and it didn’t seem like an exorbitant amount of packaging like many beauty products nowadays have.

I received a three month supply through Influencer to try the Agency formula. They gradually increase the strength based on check in answers after each month. While I liked having a custom prescription, I did not notice any “noticeable” differences. I did not try any of their suggested add-ons, because I really wanted to see if I noticed a difference with the main “overnight” product. I have not decided yet if I will continue with a subscription.
