“I received this product from influenster in return for my honest review. When I first received the product I really liked the product and got positive results my hyperpigmentation started to fade a bit my dark spots got a little lighter and I was pleased just wasn't enough product in the small bottles to use day and night as directed ran out quickly. On the second shipment the product was bigger but still the same problem not enough product to use day and night and to see positive results and also trying to get the product out the bottle is such a hassel...the pumps barely work and them you really don't know if all the product is out the bottle because they pumps are absolutely terrible but I still continued to see positive results... now this last shipment I added the moisture and cleanser to the order and I saw a change that regressed it wasn't an improvement my skin go bad again dark spots showed up and they changed the formula in the dark spot formula and I didn't see the spots fading anymore and like the prior shipments they ran out so fast you can't get to the end of the process to see if it really works because its not enough product and the pumps are terrible. But overall it was a positive experience my only suggestion is more product in the bottles of increase the size of them and change to bottles or pumps.”

I have very sensitive skin which resulted in irritation but they provided solutions to try and help remediate my issues. Deliveries were prompt and it didn’t seem like an exorbitant amount of packaging like many beauty products nowadays have.”
“I received a three month supply through Influencer to try the Agency formula. They gradually increase the strength based on check in answers after each month. While I liked having a custom prescription, I did not notice any “noticeable” differences. I did not try any of their suggested add-ons, because I really wanted to see if I noticed a difference with the main “overnight” product. I have not decided yet if I will continue with a subscription.”
“Very helpful having someone to talk to you about everything. I also like the before and after picture aspect over that makes a lot of sense. However I just don’t really think it did anything for my skin I even upped my dosage and I just don’t think that I really improved my skin much at all but I did like the experience and I would definitely use it again”

However I alerted the dermatologist of a chronic skin condition and it was totally Ignored when creating my “special formula” Kojic acid flares perioral dermatitis and my product had kojic acid in it, so I had to discontinue use after my PD flaring up.”

“I received this product complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes and I was so excited to try it and get my skin under control. The first month supply worked great for my skin overall but I did still see some breakouts around my chin area during THAT time of the month. The dark spot formula did somewhat fade my dark spot. The future formula bottle wasn’t big enough, I ran out a week or so before my next shipment when only using two small pumps. Shipment number two the bottles were bigger and lasted the entire month. The dark spot formula faded my dark spot the same as the first month even though the formula was a bit stronger this month. The future formula was a bit too strong for my face and I was breaking out a bit more this month but my provider recommended I increase treatment on the last shipment, so I did. The last month of using the future formula my skin was flaky and dry, it was way too strong so I didn’t use it every day and I increase the amount of moisturizer I was using because my face was so flaky on my lower cheeks and chin. The dark spot treatment made a huge difference in my dark spots. A little goes a long way with the dark spot treatment, all three months I had a ton left over.”

“Okay so for starters I received this product complementary from influenster in exchange for my review. I was super excited when I first got it even tho I had a bit of perioral dermatitis going on. The docs on the Agency app were great gave me lots of tips. But I still knew it was a risk trying these products so I was very gentle and took extra time getting my skin used to them.
Unfortunately my skin never really got used to them and continued to break out and have a lot of dryness and irritation. So I had to stop using the products. I will say initially they made my skin very soft and feel amazing. So I think for people who have skin that isn’t annoyingly sensitive this could be a great option for you!”
“Great if you have the money to use it continuously. I was using it for almost 2 months & I had to stop because I got sick. My sinus infection left my nose super irritated. Then my skin just went crazy and broke out so bad. Especially on my chin, I even have weird discoloration once I started again.”

The deceivers was great no returns or refunds I believe. Price seems fair. The products made my skin break out worse. I wish they had more options of ingredients because some of them it seems limited. I love the packaging. The names are confusing I feel future formula would have been a better name for the anti aging line.”

However, with the second month supply I did break out more but I can see that my dark spots are lightening up. The moisturize has no scent and i do wish they have a better pump on the bottles.
