I did receive this for free to try from influencer. Customer service is great. The providers were amazing. Very detailed and helpful. Also reminder emails to check in before next shipment. The deceivers was great no returns or refunds I believe. Price seems fair. The products made my skin break out worse. I wish they had more options of ingredients because some of them it seems limited. I love the packaging. The names are confusing I feel future formula would have been a better name for the anti aging line.
