“I’m not sure about all the negative reviews, I first started this several months ago, what what I researched, the peeling of skin is normal and you have to get your skin used to it, I have found that I’ve not had my regula 8 month Botox appt and don’t think I need it. This has helped with the pores and over all smoothness of my face. I will continue to use them. Also, I canceled the subscription for one month with no issues, just sent a message, they cancelled and once I had my finances back in order I’ve ordered ever since..love the product, although it’s pricey-reason for the 4 ⭐️ instead of 5 ⭐️”
“I am three weeks into using the dark spot formula and future formula, too soon to see any dramatic improvement but in general skin feels "bouncier" and brighter.
Initially the future formula made my skin slightly flaky (I was prescribed 0.05% tretinoin), the problem went away in a week after I started putting on a moisturizer first. The dark spot formula (I specifically asked for the hydroquinone-free formula since I will be taking anti-malaria drugs, which sometimes can cause ochronosis) tends to pill. I found that I can get around this issue by first applying a moisturizer, then dark spot formula, then wait a few minutes before applying sunscreen.
So far, so good. Two cons: there is no phone number to contact Agency and email replies can take days. Also, shipping can be slow.”

Getting started is easy, you fill out a questionnaire and submit photos of your face that they have one of their doctors look at to recommend a treatment plan. Communication is all done through the Agency website, and responses are definitely faster than I expected. They sent effective products and I felt like my skincare concerns were heard. It's a little pricey, but a decent solution to those who don't have easy access to a dermatologist.”
“I review these products for free in exchange for my honest review. I received the future formula and dark spot formula. I used these products for about 6 months off and on due to chemical burn. I had to consultant my doctor, contact the agency specialist and discontinue use until my skin healed. It occurred when I tried to reintroduce other skincare products back into my regimen. So once I started using the products again I introduced other products one by one instead of all at once which worked fine. I loved that the formulas are tailored to my skin texture and type. I definitely recommend this for clear, smooth glowing skin. Unfortunately, I couldn’t continue my subscription because it wasn’t in my budget at the time but will definitely resubscribe in the future.”
“I received the products free of charge in exchange for my honest review. I was excited to take the quiz and get a product formulated just for me. My skin doesn't have many issues except for the occasional acne, but love skincare over makeup to keep with the preventative. I tend to lean towards clean skincare as much as possible so in the beginning I was hesitant to try. After much thought and review reading i decided to give it a go. The product arrived pretty quickly and were very communicative about the process through emails about what to expect and how best to use the product. When I used it the first night I had slight burning and itching that lasted for quite a bit. My face also broke out in the beginning, but after a couple weeks started to look amazing. At the month check in, I decided to not change my formula hoping that my face would get used to product. Unfortunately it did not. Even though my face had cleared up I felt it was very sensitive and started to peel. There’s a month check in where I stated I was uncomfortable but the formula did not change as I was at the lowest amount of active ingredients. I continued to use it every other night in hopes it would get better.I stopped using the product until summer was over at least to lessen the sun exposure. I'll see how it goes over the Winter. Although it made my skin clear, I feel I like other products similarly.”
“I’ll start by saying I don’t have super sensitive skin. I’m experienced using acids and peels as a part of my daily routines but this was my first time time using retinols. I loved it. I experienced dry and flaky skin at first which quickly went away but that’s to be expected as well as a brief purging period. I found the derm to be extremely communicative. I did ask for some specific ingredients to be included in my formula that I knew my skin responds well to and that was always accommodated. I always got emails asking for skin check in’s and if I wanted to change the formula between each shipment and they were able to answer all my questions. If people had an issue with how their skin was reacting to the products they should have said something.
My ONLY grievance with this is that the dark spot formula runs out way quicker than the future formula since you are supposed to use it twice a day. They shouldn’t be the same size bottle for this reason. You should get a larger bottle of the future formula.
I did receive this product for a 3 month trial period and I did renew my subscription on my own. I love having less products to apply and it’s all combined in one as well as the convenience of not having to go to the doc for these ingredients.”
“I really enjoyed using this product. It was a nice gentle retinoid, and actually got me hooked on tretinoin for which I now have a prescription. I did see results (brighter skin, wrinkles slightly less pronounced), but would have liked to see more, hence why I switched to a stronger strength tretinoin. For those who have sensitive skin, this product would be great since the Future Formula includes other ingredients that help achieve results in a gentler formula.

I thinks it’s amazing that the product is customizable to your skin type, and they sent you a full 3 month trial, which gives you a great deal of time for the product to work for your skin. For me unfortunately it made my skin very dry and flaky .instead of being given an alternative product to the one originally prescribed, I was told to start using it every day, then every other day to then every 3-4 days because it made my skin more flaky and dry. This product did not work for me”

I don’t get extremely irritated as some may when starting a new prescription product which was nice. I also enjoy how it was just one simple product for many things. The only issue i have is the $30 a month cost. For me i couldn’t justify it when my normal products don’t cost that much but if the cost isn’t a problem for you then i definitely recommend this.”
