I thought I would try it out since I follow Angie on YouTube, however I had a problem determining which gender to choose when I was signing up. It gave four options, including something like cisgender with something in parentheses and others options, but nothing that said male or female. So, I gave up. I will stick with biology and curology.

Didn't receive one of the primary products in the trial kit and couldn't reach anyone. Not worth a subscription.

I am coming here to leave an honest review. I am pretty displeased with this company overall. My skin did not respond well to this product. I always felt like I was in a stage of repairing my skin. I struggled to find the routine that worked for me. My skin was almost never NOT irritated and flakey, and when it wasn’t, I have no idea what I did to make it that way and it usually only lasted one or two days. I never was able to work up to every night. Not even five nights a week. At best I could maybe handle every other night or two days on, two days off. I had to move my shipments out just to use the product fully. What I’ve learned is that Agency will contact you when you’re scheduled to ship about “checking in,” but not again once you’ve moved your shipment date. Then they will bill you overnight and mark your order as shipped. It’s difficult to find contact info and they will take days to reply. So you really can’t do a single thing about shipped product that you don’t want and this product is expensive. Now. I will not call this a scam. It isn’t. But I wouldn’t call it ethical. They want you to have their product in hand because they spell out on their less than user friendly site that their product is not returnable. So they bill your card without any reminders of your subscription. I have come to really dislike this tactic. It makes me not want to subscribe to anything anymore. They aren’t the only company that bills your card in the middle of the night so you can’t do anything about it by the time you wake up. This last time I was billed and I complained. This will be the second time I do not hear back from the company when I’ve tried to contact them. They apparently have no concern if you leave and take your business elsewhere. As another reviewer mentioned, you can buy tretinoin somewhere else without the fancy yellow pump for significantly cheaper and without the stress of worrying if you’ll be charged a lot of money overnight with no way to correct it come morning. All in all, there are quite a few companies operating this way. The messed up thing is we keep giving them our money. I will not participate in subscriptions or at least be much more careful about noting when I schedule shipments because they will not communicate when they are shipping consistently. It’s really crappy that companies do business this way.

I just cancelled my Agency subscription. I was dedicated to giving it six months without question. But it just didnt work out for me. The product amounts are skimpy..the bottles don't always pump correctly ..which makes you think they're cheap and haphazardly filled. However.. that isn't why i cancelled. I did it because my website care provided told me she was going to hold my next order until i sent her pictures after i asked her a question about hydroquinion . I was having no problem that she needed to investigate . The question I asked, she never answered. It was a real turnoff to have to take photographs on demand to get my next order. I felt like she was holding me hostage. Bottom line.. I can buy Tretinoion and hydroquinone from any plastic surgeons office and continue this journey. I will have plenty of product and not be "told" what i need to do with a compnay tapping credit card for $200 bucks every two months. They also have added ingredients to the forumulas.. all are inexpensive and easy to buy on amazon from price points of $12 on up. My skin is looking good..so I will continue what i've been doing..but without Agency. I no longer want to use any subscription service for my products.. my money.. and i'm in control.

No changes on my skin, not improvements. Still price is too much for the results of the product.

The product was ok but they kept billing me as "curology " saying that it's the same company. I had a subscription for my son and he didn't like his product due to sensitive skin so wouldn't continue with it. But then I'm getting charged $150+ for my subscription and no itemized bill. I looked online, and to purchase without a subscription is less than my bill. It's not worth the trouble. My next charge isn't til 1/23/24. I'll be contacting PayPal so that I don't incur more charges from this company.

Terrible customer support. My bottle came broken. I can’t get the product out. I reached out via email three times. Nobody’s gotten back to me. The pump doesn’t work so I can’t get the product out. I almost have to break into it just to get it out and this skincare’ line is expensive!! so for me not to have customer service and a really crappy product I’m not happy.

I really liked the products at first. I felt like my skin looked really clear and I didn't have any T-zone shine. But after using for a few months I noticed that I was dealing with a reaction. I kept getting a puffy upper lip and eye. Dry itchy patches were common too. The "expert" advice isn't really tailored to you. It is more of a generic check-in. Even the advice you get when you have an issue is very generic. They pretty much tell you to scale back and use vaseline if your skin is dry. Seems sus to me. Also I hate that you cannot customize your shipment. I couldn't use some of the products at first as I had a reaction, so I have two bottles or product and my subscription wants to send me more. I just don't think it is worth the money. It is not one on one advice any time you need and I wonder how much it is really tailored to your specific needs. You could better personalize results from seeing a dermatologist or esthetician.

I have been using these products for over a year. My main complaint is both the creams pill. I doesn’t matter how much I use or what order I use it with other creams or serums. I’ve even used it by itself and it still pills! I contacted the company and they said the product might be to cold (this was summer time my house is typically 76) or not mixed properly, try shaking it up. The cream is so thick I’m not convinced it mixed at all. I have had many refills, same issue every time. It’s too much money for products that I basically can’t use!

In regard to the user experience, I was impressed. It was seamless, fast, responsive and easy to navigate. 5 stars for that. Bought into the agency experience because I wanted to try the dark spot formula. I have relatively nice and clear skin just some dark spots from pregnancy and sun exposure. I tried the formula and it took my skin from clear to breaking out like a teenager. I have been absolutely mortified as to how poorly my skin responded. After a few weeks I decided to throw in the towel. Just not good for me. Cancellation was simple and without a hassle. Sad that the product didn’t work and created more problems.

Wanted to keep using but the airless pump bottles stop working. My night cream stopped working after 1 week and my spot cream after 3 weeks.

I really really really wanted to like this company/regimen, but unfortunately it was not to be. I’m someone who rarely leaves reviews, but I felt like I needed to in this case. I used it for 2.5 months, and my skin has never looked worse. I was fully prepared for the dryness and flaking that comes with retinol in the beginning. But, with ongoing use of Agency products, my skin became more sullen, pores and fine lines much more noticeable, dry and just overall lackluster. I also started developing little bumps and raised patches, almost like tiny pimples but not. I looked older and more tired, keeping in mind that nothing in my life changed. I for the most part eat healthy, drink water and I don’t consume alcohol. I canceled my subscription because I couldn’t afford to continue using it, hoping for a turn around.

I thought this was a really cool service. I enjoyed getting product recommendations from an expert. My biggest issue with Agency is that they didn't have enough products for various skin types. When I started to have a breakout from their formula, my "expert" recommended a bar of soap from Amazon. That just felt kind of tacky to me. I guess I expected that a skincare company would have alternative or additional products that they would be able to recommend. I would love to try the service again if they expanded their product line to suit more skin types and skin concerns.

I received 3 month supply of this product complimentary for testing purposes. The registration was pretty simple and straight forward. The customer service is also really prompt and I had no issues with my only issue was after using these products I was breaking out like crazy which is very unusual for me. I was told that was normal and it will get better from using the products consistently but after 2-3 months of using it I wasn’t seeing any results so I stopped. Now having someone always checking in on you was really nice. The doctor I spoke to answered all my questions so I really liked that. But for some reason I was breaking out and that is not usual for me so I decided to stop.

I received a free 3 month subscription to test out a specific-to-my-skin product from Agency through Influenster in exchange for my honest review. Matter a fact they sent sent another month supply because one of my supply bottles was not functioning correctly so I contacted them and they got me out my ASAP and they follow response was fast as well. I was so hoping this product worked for me as an African American but it didn’t at all if it did I would of definitely purchase the prices are great and reasonable. I’ve also seen other reviews that states the same for my race as well. Again customer service was great the products just was not for my skin type.

I received a free 3 month subscription to Agency in exchange for my honest opinion. My first shipment was great. The products worked well and my skin tolerated the formula well. For the second month, my formula was changed. The new products did not work as well and irritated my skin a lot. My skin flaked and peeled. I asked to change back to the original formula for my 3rd month, but they kept it the same. It was so aggravating to my skin, that I could only use it about once a week. Also my 3rd box was over a month late so I went several weeks without product. The small bottles aren't even enough to last a whole month anyway.

Quick replies from the doctor on the site. I did not see results and had peelings some I had to go to an in person doctor for a different prescription acne medication.

I received a 3 month trial of this product in exchange for my honest review. I am a skincare junkie and already use many products with similar active ingredients as the dark spot corrector and future formula. I didn’t notice huge results with these products unfortunately and didn’t like the texture on my skin. They left a waxy finish and didn’t seem to absorb well or very quickly. I won’t be renewing my subscription unfortunately

I received this product free from Influenster and AGENCY in exchange for my honest review. At first, I was excited to try a product that was created specifically for me. I do have adult acne and I'm starting to notice more fine lines. At first it seemed like the product was working, but by the time I finished the first month I don't believe there was much of a change. I received the second month's bottle which was larger than the first month's bottle, but it had less product in it. I ran out after only 2 1/2 weeks. I figured since it was free for me to sample, they weren't going to do anything about it so I never bothered to contact AGENCY. I discontinued use since I ran out of product and I knew at the steep cost associated per month I wasn't going to continue my subscription once my free trial ended.
