Poor customer service. I canceled my subscription but later was informed that they already shipped the items. Unable to get my refund back to my credit card even if I have returned the merchandise. What a rift off

The product was ok but they kept billing me as "curology " saying that it's the same company. I had a subscription for my son and he didn't like his product due to sensitive skin so wouldn't continue with it. But then I'm getting charged $150+ for my subscription and no itemized bill. I looked online, and to purchase without a subscription is less than my bill. It's not worth the trouble. My next charge isn't til 1/23/24. I'll be contacting PayPal so that I don't incur more charges from this company.

They make it impossible to start a new subscription with Agency if you had an account with Curology and want to change over. They make you resubscribe and jump through hoops. I don't really care about the low cost trial so if it's a money thing they should tell you that. I just want to be with the side that is made for middle aged women and I don't want what they sent me from Curology because I quit using it for a reason - it irritated the heck out of my skin.

It’s really unfortunate to read some of these poor reviews but, my experience with AGENCY has been nothing but good. I have gradually gone up on the strength of tretinoin to 0.07%. I feel my face is brighter, younger-looking, and the texture of my skin feels smoother. I have gotten compliments on my skin from colleagues at work and recommend the use of their products.

I did the trial package and then received my full sized bottles, so I’m not too far into it but I have already noticed a huge difference. I think in the near future I will be to ax the foundation completely. Very satisfied!

I love this product, I'm 65 and have been using it for 2 months for fine lines and wrinkles, I think after a year of using it I will see huge results, I'm seeing small results right now but with continue use I know my skin will look great so, so far so good!

Didn’t enjoy the product and it broke me out. They were out of stock of the sunscreen so I never got a sample. I thought I had cancelled but they still sent me a first box for $118 with a custom formula and sunscreen. I had to inactivate the subscription through PayPal to actually end the subscription. They took 3 days to email me back and say the formula is custom so no refunds or returns. The sunscreen isn’t custom, they could have worked with me to at least return that. They are sketch and there are much better ways to get medical grade skincare. Wish I hadn’t tried agency.

Ok so I've been using Agency since September, they are wonderful products! The personalized bottle with Tretinoin 0.009% is a bit strong for me i think it is the peeling that drives me crazy but as far as the other products such as the moisturizer and cleanser I love them and I just switched up to the spot corrector and the SPF. My Doc is great she explains the plans and what she changes up yes it takes a couple of days but they do contact you when it is needed. I will stick with it as long as I am able!

Duuuuuude!!! EVERY other product I have tried has left me red, splotchy, terribly dry feeling… I have only been using this religiously for about a week and messaged my friend with my photos:.. (yes we agreed they look like mugshots), but legit, there is a big difference already! I am sticking with it!

I don’t understand the negative reviews. My problem is that I’m not even close to being done with a bottle by the time the next one arrives. Do y’all know to use only One pump Once a day? Also, wait until your skin is dry before applying to avoid stinging. If your skin over reacts then go down in strength or add moisturizer beforehand. They explain everything if you just read it. My skin has never looked better.

It dried my skin and made it irritated. You get singed up automatically for a 90 day service at just under $200z no option for return. Sneaky cancellation process. Just as bad as an MLM

I am three weeks into using the dark spot formula and future formula, too soon to see any dramatic improvement but in general skin feels "bouncier" and brighter. Initially the future formula made my skin slightly flaky (I was prescribed 0.05% tretinoin), the problem went away in a week after I started putting on a moisturizer first. The dark spot formula (I specifically asked for the hydroquinone-free formula since I will be taking anti-malaria drugs, which sometimes can cause ochronosis) tends to pill. I found that I can get around this issue by first applying a moisturizer, then dark spot formula, then wait a few minutes before applying sunscreen. So far, so good. Two cons: there is no phone number to contact Agency and email replies can take days. Also, shipping can be slow.

Terrible customer support. My bottle came broken. I can’t get the product out. I reached out via email three times. Nobody’s gotten back to me. The pump doesn’t work so I can’t get the product out. I almost have to break into it just to get it out and this skincare’ line is expensive!! so for me not to have customer service and a really crappy product I’m not happy.

Happy? Mehh…. My issue is that the product they send you is supposed to last you two months. I use mine every day and I don’t get two months out of it. I end up running out about a week before my order goes in. That’s the other issue. Once your order goes in, you get an email saying that it’s being shipped but 10 days later, you still don’t have a tracking number nor do you have your product. This is a huge customer disservice. They need to upgrade the shipping to priority so that when the product gets ordered, it goes out the next day. I find myself having to wait two or three weeks between applications because I run out of product before I’m supposed to, and then it takes forever to get my order. I just changed my next months subscription to order a week prior than it should, to see if that curbs it, but I’m probably gonna end up giving up on this company, because waiting two or three weeks in between product, seems counterproductive

Really hard to cancel. Purchased a two month supply and it barely lasted a month. I hardly used anything. Customer service doesn't respond and they don't disclose the amount they send on the bottle. Total rip off.

Uneasy to cancel Subscription. Call your bank and report any further charges as fraudulent. Screen shoot the cancellation if possible to back it up or just cancel your bank card because of the continuing charges. They can’t charge you anymore

The customer service at this company is greatly lacking. I haven't even been able to properly test the product as they keep dropping the ball. First, on the transition from Curology to Agency, then they lost my photos, then they finally confirmed they got it right, and then the product never arrived. I don't understand why young companies don't get this very important fact: Customer service is #1. And not five days later by emails that aren't tracking the issues properly.
