Less than a 1!! Terribile!!! Overpriced products, does not provide enough product for 1 month to use as directed. BUT WORST OF ALL, product is grainy, rough, GET A BAD BATCH & product turned out full of rough nasty cream, not smooth! And can’t tell with the container of pump moisturizer if there’s any left in the container or how much and the pump doesn’t work so I believe it’s completely full because I haven’t used it but I can’t tell because I can’t see and when I pump it 1000 times nothing comes out disgusted with this product for the price!

I signed up for a prescription after meeting with provider. I subsequently was sent the wrong prescription, nonetheless by a provider I HAD NEVER MET WITH, and it was missing the one ingredient I contractually agreed to. I informed them of their dangerous mistake and they refused a refund, and sadly, tried to say it was my fault for not checking my prescription prior to shipping. I did and my product was correct on paper, but not what I received. No accountability and poor patient safely, with an emphasized s on money, can be a very dangerous situation for patients.

I had a free sample from the agency to try their products, then they charged me for the first month without them contacting me as they had already charged me, I decided to use them to see if they worked for me but after a few days my face burned and I contacted them. I asked them to send me something for the burns on my face, they never did it, my forehead turned gray and white and it caused more spots on the sides than I had. Now my face has two shades of colors and I don't have uniform skin like Before I thought I was dealing with professionals, they wanted me to pay again to send me a product to fix the problem that they gave me with their products, be very careful because they acted very irresponsible towards me.

I was completely disappointed with the product. It is not a sensation as many may think. Also, I was duped into getting the low price free trial and ended up with a $197 recurring charge, until I canceled the subscription. They are so deceiving and manipulative, that you don't even notice this is a free trial and you are in fact subscribing to their service. Very expensive by the way. Do not waste our time and money on them.

I have seen so many bad reviews and honestly I'm shocked. I've used curology for years and went on a 6 months break due to finances and ended up signing back up but to agency this time. I've been using their products for about a week and I'm already super happy with the results. A little bit of dryness is normal the first few days to a week while your skin adjust. I had very little of that but I also use Hyaluronic acid with it and a good moisturizer to help. My skin feels and looks amazing. I think the bad reviews stem from people using the tretinoin that have never uses it before or they have super sensitive skin. It works great for me and many others. One thing to keep in mind is to make sure after you purchase your free trial go to your dashboard and make sure you only click the stuff you want sent to you or else they will send you everything and the charge is quit steep. I only use the formula. I use my own moisturizer and other skincare I like. If you are new to tretinoin make sure you only use it every other day or every 2 days until your skin adjust. Using it everyday will of course cause issues. It's a strong antibiotics aging active but an essential one imo. Love the product and always super happy with the results.

I love my prescription! I’m on month 4. I feel it working at night but it does hurt. I also feel my skin has firmed a little. Even my under eye area has slightly faded (less purple) and firmed (reduced bags). I’m happy with this product.

Don't get sucked in!! Overpriced and bad customer service. They'll offer a trial for pennies and slam you for $170 later. REALLY. Be very careful.

Cost too much as the same ingredients products in the market are far cheaper. They tout a real derm doctor helping you through the journey but it's a pretty standard template they use that isn't as customized as they market. Also, there is no bi-directional communication with the derm doctor. You get only 2 messages to them every so often and you can't reply to any of the answers they give you so need to use your message credits to clarify an answer. Lastly, they cycled me on and off some prescription strength ingredients but you still pay the same subscription price. What I found is that the non-prescription ingredients didn't do anything at all to help remove dark spots (my dark spots got worse during that time) so they are basically just trying to keep you on a subscription even though they should have just stopped during the period to give your skin a rest from the strong prescription ingredients. Lastly, their customer service is horrible and take days to get a response. Also, their portal doesn't work well so their technology is bad too.

I’m not sure about all the negative reviews, I first started this several months ago, what what I researched, the peeling of skin is normal and you have to get your skin used to it, I have found that I’ve not had my regula 8 month Botox appt and don’t think I need it. This has helped with the pores and over all smoothness of my face. I will continue to use them. Also, I canceled the subscription for one month with no issues, just sent a message, they cancelled and once I had my finances back in order I’ve ordered ever since..love the product, although it’s pricey-reason for the 4 ⭐️ instead of 5 ⭐️

I had a horrible experience and wish I would have read these reviews before. It is a scam.. I was charged 200 before the trial period and was told the same thing others here have mention, that product had been shipped and bc it’s “personalized” to my skin it could not be returned. They did not care when I mentioned I had a reaction to their products. Horrible customer service!

There is no customer service number. I have sent numerous messages to the alleged ‘ “Care Team” and am still going on 2 months without product. I was so excited to use Agency. Going back to my dermatologist.

They allowed someone to access all of my skin care medical records and photos without my permission. NOT SECURE at all. Also took over 2 weeks for customer care to get back to me about my concerns.

All the negative reviews are here for a reason. After a few months of using their products, I developed a rather severe rash on my face. I have used retinol creams before, as well as glycolic acid with no issues ever. After using these creams I got a severe case of dermatitis that has gone on for months now. My skin is so irritated that I can’t use ANYTHING on it anymore, not even moisturizer or sunscreen. When I contacted the provider, they just kept trying to push more creams on me, (free of charge) even when I told them that I’d had a rash on my face for over 4 months. I feel like my skin is permanently damaged from using these products. it’s very distressing. The whole system of communicating through their website is inefficient, and you get the feeling that you are speaking to bots and not people. I had to write so many emails to them and they still couldn’t seem to understand that my skin is reacting badly to this product, so please stop sending me any more creams- even if they ar e free! Highly unethical. I have no other option than to cancel my subscription.

I am coming here to leave an honest review. I am pretty displeased with this company overall. My skin did not respond well to this product. I always felt like I was in a stage of repairing my skin. I struggled to find the routine that worked for me. My skin was almost never NOT irritated and flakey, and when it wasn’t, I have no idea what I did to make it that way and it usually only lasted one or two days. I never was able to work up to every night. Not even five nights a week. At best I could maybe handle every other night or two days on, two days off. I had to move my shipments out just to use the product fully. What I’ve learned is that Agency will contact you when you’re scheduled to ship about “checking in,” but not again once you’ve moved your shipment date. Then they will bill you overnight and mark your order as shipped. It’s difficult to find contact info and they will take days to reply. So you really can’t do a single thing about shipped product that you don’t want and this product is expensive. Now. I will not call this a scam. It isn’t. But I wouldn’t call it ethical. They want you to have their product in hand because they spell out on their less than user friendly site that their product is not returnable. So they bill your card without any reminders of your subscription. I have come to really dislike this tactic. It makes me not want to subscribe to anything anymore. They aren’t the only company that bills your card in the middle of the night so you can’t do anything about it by the time you wake up. This last time I was billed and I complained. This will be the second time I do not hear back from the company when I’ve tried to contact them. They apparently have no concern if you leave and take your business elsewhere. As another reviewer mentioned, you can buy tretinoin somewhere else without the fancy yellow pump for significantly cheaper and without the stress of worrying if you’ll be charged a lot of money overnight with no way to correct it come morning. All in all, there are quite a few companies operating this way. The messed up thing is we keep giving them our money. I will not participate in subscriptions or at least be much more careful about noting when I schedule shipments because they will not communicate when they are shipping consistently. It’s really crappy that companies do business this way.

After my trial, i just didn't like what it was doing to my skin. I tried to cancel and they said it was already shipped and i can't return it. I said ok I'll try it again. I sent an email about 3 weeks ago to cancel because i couldn't do it online. After I tried to log in, it goes straight to the original skin questions. there was no "My Account" to go into. I never heard back from my email. Then they tried to charge my card again! I sent them another email. No reply. I'm on my 3rd time now. They tried another 3 times to charge my card. Lack of customer service is a huge part of your business and they do not have it! Jill They ask how did you communicate with the company. There was none from them!

I don't know what to say about all the negative reviews. I started the trial and then immediately cancelled the service bc they said they were giving me 7 days to try it. I need more time than that to make a decision. No problem. I used the trial products for 3 weeks and decided this is the skincare for me. I seriously saw results in those 3 weeks. The packaging did malfunction on two of the products, but I was able to fix that. I'm impressed with the two prescription products, but equally impressed with the moisturizer. I'm cynical by nature, but am blown away by the results I've seen, so I am resuming my subscription. Customer service has been first rate throughout all of this.
