“I have bought from The Wool Room over two years. I was struggling with my asthma and I decided to change my bedding to natural wool. There was a Wool Room shop in my town and I went in and had a long discussion with a staff member. My asthma has reduced in severity since I change my bedding to wool. The Wool Room shop closed but I have had great service from the Internet site. Ordering and delivery has been excellent . I would highly recommend it.”

“I ordered a mattress protector and am delighted with it. It is light, soft and gives a little extra bounce/comfort to our mattress. I am so pleased you cater for, hard to find, 'euro' sizes. This mattress protector replaced an ill-fitting cheap polyester protector, and whilst the wool protector is very very much more expensive it is well worth the extra spend, I am not disappointed. I am looking forward to purchasing items from you in the future. I would love you to do a range of dog beds, our dog has dust mite allergies, a wool bed would be perfect for him!”

“I bought the wool topper as my mattress was a bit too hard. It has added that extra comfort but without the heat you get from foam based toppers... Given my age I also have night sweats.. And have found that I am no longer kicking the covers off! Amazing.. Next purchase will be the duvet!! Really pleased.. Nb I love sheep, I am obsessed with them, Herwicks are my favourite :)) as they have smilie faces.... so I wanted to help UK farmers sell their wool as the majority of wool is just thrown away, which is a ridiculous concept??!! Buy UK wool!!”

“I purchased a mattress protector to help regulate my temperature after newly purchased tempur mattress had me in night sweats! Brilliant! Solved entire problem and very comfy to sleep on too. Have since purchased duvets pillows and protectors for our holiday home in south of france to cope with hot summers cool winters - will let you know howI get on! Excellent service too and BRITISH!!”

“I ordered the deluxe wool duvet - king sized - for our guest bedroom without realising that the few king sized duvet covers we had were actually not the same size! So - bought a new one that fits perfectly and now all good. My father just stayed for a few nights and said it was comfortable :) I bought the deluxe version as it was machine washable - however it's so large I don't think it would actually fit in our machine! So probably should have gone for the slightly cheaper dry-clean only option... The Wool Room delivered very quickly and provided excellent tracking options - all in all a painless experience.”
