“Communication was more than outstanding. The original package didn't arrive which was for Valentines. They did their upmost to help and get replacements to me in time. Products are amazing and was perfect! Thank you so much, will definitely purchase from these guys again.”

“An excellent product. |I slept through the night for the first time in years and on waking my head felt clear where previously I often woke with muzzy head and blocked sinuses. I have asthma so this was added bonus. The weight of the duvet was just right too. Thank you. I will now be saving for the mattress topper.”

“Website is excellent with answers to questions easily found, along with in depth product information which is second to none. Staff who I've dealt with by phone and on-line have been pleasant and extremely helpful. As for the products, fantastic quality and have been more than happy with the performance of the various purchases to date.”

“Having had duvets, mattress toppers and luxury pillows from you (all wonderful), I realised that you also did cushion pads. I ordered 5 on a Sunday and they arrived on the Tuesday. Excellent service, brilliant delivery service and the usual high quality product. Thankyou!”

“Very satisfied with the service and the product, for the first time in months my husband has slept well on and under the wool room bedding, for the first time in months I have not had to change the bed linen every other day. The items I ordered were delivered promptly and I am a very happy customer. Before next winter I shall order another set of the bedding - thank you very much.”

“My husband was very rude about me spending so much on a duvet set, since it arrived and he's slept under it he has had to eat his words and confesses his had the best night sleep in a long while”

“I can't believe how much better I am sleeping since I bought the wool over mattress enhance. It is so comfortable (our mattress is really old!) I would certainly recommend this product.”

“I've ordered several items and each time have been a happy, satisfied customer. I like the products and appreciate the tracked delivery. The web site is easy to navigate and generally works well. The only niggle for me is being asked to write a review before receiving the item and another time, receiving a despatch email well after goods were received. Let's blame that on the computer as it can't answer back.”

“Excellent service and very pleasant. I was sent the wrong coloured throw by mistake, a picking error. It was sorted out straight away. They sent the correct one. I sent the wrong one back and they refunded the postage immediately.”

“Excellent customer service, speedy delivery with a reliable courier (options to change delivery place and time) and extremely high quality products. A night's sleep on the deluxe wool mattress protector is so relaxing and the nursery sheepskin is wonderfully clean and soft.”

“We have recently bought a firm orthopaedic mattress, so to have a soft cushioned topper made my bed a dream to sleep in. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a natural fibre mattress topper.”

“I have been uncomfortable in my bed for some time as well as very hot. After reading the write up and the reviews I decided to take the plunge and try out the wool bedding. I bought a mattress topper and protector and the deluxe bedding set. I've had 3 good nights and expect my new sleep experience to continue. Worth every penny. Thank you.”

“Bought for my husband as he has skin allergies. Perfect temperature as he normally over heats in bed . I like to be cosy and it keeps me warm . My husband has found his skin is much better and is getting a sound sleep rather than being woken loads in the past with other duvets . Would definitely buy again”

“Purchased the duo duvet, very happy with it. Extremely comfortable nights sleep, none of the overheating you get from feather quilts. It also stays in place so no wriggling around to retrieve it. Thoroughly recommend this product wish I new about it hers ago”

“Arrived quickly and the duvet was extremely well wrapped and presented. Good fit for our king size bed and it appears to be as described, It is very light weight so cooler than our other duvet but still warm enough to use in this February weather. Excellent buy of a good quality product from a really professional and caring firm. Well worth the money.”

As for the heat, you'll find that it's warmer than it appears because wool as a fibre is so efficient it keeps you warm without needing as much depth. “I had a look through the pages really easy to navigate and found what I thought I needed it was about 4:00 pm on Sunday. Clicked to basket and purchased. Tracked my delivery and by 4;00 pm Tuesday in a safe p l ace with a photograph on my P .C , perfect really pleased. The lambswool scarf is lovely, the wool pillow is not perfect but it won't be sent back as its far better than feathers . Deborah Nottingham”
