“I discovered their site by using a standard web browser to find wool topper types of products. I was searching for a (US size) queen topper and was glad to see they offered them. The online transaction was fine - nothing unusual. I received an email, the next US business day as I recall, confirming they had reserved an item for my order. A few days later another email came, indicating the item had been "despatched" - (Brit-speak for shipped). By the end of the week, 6 or 7 days after placing the order, FedEx delivered the box to our front porch in California and the topper/mattress pad was on our bed. What could be better?”

“I bought a crib mattress pad. I live in USA and our crib mattresses are a bit larger so I knew the pad would be a bit short. I carefully cut off the fitted sheet part of the mattress pad, so I was left with a flat wool pad. I can now lay this in the center of my baby's crib mattress and put a fitted sheet over it. The wool is great quality. I have used many wool products over the years. I haven't been able to prove its waterproof-ness yet, but I am confident it will do just fine because it is 100% wool. Thank you!”

“I could not be happier with the purchase of my two delux wool Pillows .. I was slightly reluctant to pay the full price but they were on offer so I bought them but now I like them so much that I would not mind paying full price for them as they have really helped to reduce the bouts of sneeze attacks that my husband and son suffer from ,, They are worth every penny ..”

“Ordered a washable wool bed toper. Delivery was really quick and item came with a nice cotton storage bag. Put on my bed straight away and definitely improves the comfort of my mattress. Will try the wool pillows when my current one need replacing.”

“Delivery was quick and with a good courier drop. The two deluxe wool pillows where not only beautifully made but the material cases with handles that they came in were also made to the same high standard. I am starting to experiment and adjust my pillows to my sleeping needs and the amount of wool filling (it's very easy) and just to add that in this summer nighttime heat I have noticed a real difference with a 'cooling' sensation in comparison to my previous (natural fill) pillows. Absolute recommendation.”

“We bought this to try and alleviate a hot memory foam mattress in the hot summer months. It definitely seems to have worked, with only the extreme hot nights causing over heating still. I am looking forward to it in the winter as well. The memory foam mattress is very good in the winter, but this topper just helps even out and regulate your temperature. It also provides a floating feeling on the mattress, almost like having a duvet underneath you! Top service from The Woolroom, received help online and then the order came the following day!”

“Very pleased. Great product. Personally I bought it for its Breathable quality as my mattress is one of those baking hot memory foam ones which I’ve grown to hate. I don’t think any topper in the world can save a tired/old mattress but this is definitely a nice, affordable way to put some natural fibres between you and a mattress for a healthier, cushioned sleep. The pictures actually don’t do it much justice, it’s nice and thick (deep) which is lovely and something I was worried about.”

“I like to have a topper on a firm mattress , I don't like the pillow topped matresses and was looking for a topper for a new mattress .Our old foam topper was making me very warm at night and my husband had a nasal congestion which became better when not at home . I researched options and decided a wool topper would be best for us and purchased from the Wool Room , together with a protector .It's early days yet but am delighted with comfort and coolness and no signs of allergy in OH . Delivery was prompt and well packaged. Will use again .”
