“I bought a merino wool enhancer for my bed. Double sided, one longer wool for winter, the other side shorter for the summer. Size was perfect. Quality excellent. Have not had it long enough to know how it washes, but it is washable on wool cycle. Service was very quick and delivery to Spain, most economical. I had some questions which were answered online promptly and politely. I am impressed with both quality and service. Highly recommend The Wool Room.”

“Delivery was super fast and precise. Bought a mattress topper which is like floating on a cloud and feels wonderful on my achey hips. Also bought a tog 1-3 duvet which is really warm but not sweaty as I get really hot/cold at night. I'm using it in January! Would buy a 0.5-1 tog for the spring if they were available. Very happy with my purchases.”

“After a little deliberation between different suppliers. I chose The Woolroom mainly for its use of British wool. I ordered a medium weight king size, which is fine for two during the winter, those that like it hot may want the heavier one. The main difference between wool and synthetic is waking up with bed absolutely bone dry, no claminess at all. The warmth is instant too. I'd definitely buy another from The Woolroom. The delivery was quick and packed well. Never going back to hollow fibre.”

“I was searching for a merino wool blanket for a Christmas gift and am very happy with the quality of the blanket I received, exactly like the photo. It would have been nice to have a choice of patterns but the stripes are classic and versatile.”

“I have bought a number of items from the Woolroom and have always been impressed with the products and the service. I have had special requests to make about delivery etc and have always got prompt and helpful responses. After a cycle accident I had 8 months of recovery and ended up needing 2 pillows to sleep but once I had my wool pillow I was comfortably back to 1 pillow - excellent. Would always recommend”

“The processing of my order was very quick so that my goods were received in a very short space of time. The delivery was exactly as given on the tracking. My goods were beautifully packed. I chose the lightest quilt because I often get too hot in the night and I did feel concerned that a woolen duvet might not be the right thing to combat this. However I am delighted to say that I am enjoying sleeping comfortably under my quilt and with wool room pillows. I also bought a mattress cover and think I will order a mattress topper in the new year. Although my sleeping has not improved - I still wake up in the night - my comfort levels are improved, always the right level of warmth and no thrashing about sticking my legs and arms in and out of the bed.”
