“Cannot fault the service received or the fast delivery. As for the bedding set I bought I wouldn't be without it now, I have had much better sleep and with it being natural my psoriasis isn't bothering me as much at night either. Would definitely recommend the products and the company.”

“Have just purchased two of your wool ball filled pillows and must say how comfortable they are and I am delighted with the product.The delivery service was excellent and even though I ordered them late in the afternoon they were still delivered promptly the next day. “I heard about your wool duvets from a friend, borrowed one of hers and after a 3 nights trial decided to order a Double All-Season Wool Bedding Set with a 30% reduction off the list price during September 2013. Absolutely delighted with the result - delivered quickly, presented extremely well and I am now sleeping better than I have done for a very long time. Well done and thank you to The Wool Room.”

“I have now experienced all four seasons over and under wool room bedding. I have noticed significantly improved sleep and best of all I do not wake up wet through due to night sweats. For this reason also bedding smells much fresher for more days after changing your sheets. I have been taking Tamoxifen following breast cancer for two and half years which causes hot flushes and had a hysterectomy twelve months later and not allowed to take HRT due to the former illness....so I do know what i am talking about. Despite the expense compared to cheaper bedding options I feel it has been worth every penny. Thank you The Wool Room. Jan C”

“I am a discerning shopper and the wool room products have ticked every box, excellent service and products that improve quality of life! My body feels like it can breath again. Would recommend all my purchases, wool pillows, all seasons duvets, wool mattress covers and ultimate luxury, the alpaca range! AND IT'S BRITISH!!”

“Very pleased with my All Seasons bedding set. Arrived just in time for the 'heatwave' we're currently experiencing and I found the 200 weight (the lightest weight) duvet just perfect! The idea of woolen bedding seemed counter-intuitive for those wanting to keep cool in the night, but I have to say it does seem more comfortable than either a synthetic or goose down and feather that we've been used to. My husband normally perspires a lot at night and I've noticed that his woolen pillow is still dampish in the morning, but it dries very easily outdoors at the moment ... and I see it can be tumble-dried too for when the normal English summer weather returns!. Altogether I am very pleased with the set. Don't mind the slight smell from the items when new, as it soon wears off.”

“My first purchase was the quilt, pillows etc bed set and I have been delighted with it throughout a very cold winter/spring and now I am usng the 200gm quilt for a cool summer so far. It is very important to me that I never feel cold in bed and this set has met all my specifications. The warmth is entirely different from man made fibres or even down (I have had several of both) as it is comfortable and has never resulted in any kind of hot flush equivalent. I would strongly recommend, especially to those of "a certain age". Both the throws are of excellent quality, and with the stool brightened up a long and dreary winter. I must also mention that the standard of the delivery on each occasion was way above that which is normally expected by the average internet shopper, and added greatly enhanced the pleasure of doing busineess with you. The one query I have is about the cotton covering of the bed set/pillows. I have been using high thread count bed linen, but this cotton feels much nicer, not cold to the touch. Can you tell me what specification it is? Please don't change. Geraldine Reilly”

“Beautifully crafted products. Have bought the all weather twin duvet, pillows and mattress topper set and am delighted with them. My guy is a furnace and I'm an ice maiden but the wool set keeps me warm without him spontaneously combusting. If you're used to a feather/down duvet you might miss the fluffy appearance on the bed as these wool duvets are much slimmer...but they still look stylish.”
