“We love the comfort of the wool protector and feel we do sleep better. The pillows are very comfortable too and can't wait to use the summer duvet. Recommended the wool protector to my aunt and they are very happy with their purchase.”

“I ordered the bedding set on-line and it was delivered within a couple of days. I've slept well since having them and they're certainly very comfortable. It's good to know they're from an ethical source too!! I'd highly recommend them to other people.”

“Absolutely lovely duvet and pillow! Did not appear very thick compared with my previous duvets but it is unbelievably warm. I am always cold in bed so I bought the Autumn/Winter classic. No need for a hot water bottle anymore, I'm as warm as toast in no time. So impressed, I bought the pillow as well. Yet to see how cool it will be when spring/summer comes but I have complete confidence these duvets work. There was a query over price and The Wool Room responded to me very promptly with a quick and efficient resolution. No hesitation to recommend both the products and the company!!”

“I was amazed at the speed with which my pillow arrived - the next day. I love the way that you can unzip the pillow and get the wool out. I have not yet managed to achieve the right amount of padding for me. I am, however, disappointed that they don't sell the pillow ticks separately because I would like to split the wool between two so as to get two thin pillows (impossible to buy). I have raised this with The Wool Room. Using the excess to refresh the pillow as they suggested merely means I have to find somewhere to store this stuff; I am trying to downsize as it is.”

“The product itself is exactly what i ordered and wanted, which was a cot bed mattress. The ordering process on line was easy enough, but overall not as easy as expected. The order was placed on line & paid for. The confirmation email was sent, but never showed when i could expect delivery of the product or what the tracking details were. I waited several days for an update, which turned into weeks. I then phoned the help desk who promised to return my call. After I had to call them again I was given an expected date of delivery and told to call if there were any problems. The delivery man however was lovely.”

“My pillows arrived really really quickly, and beautifully packaged. I particularly liked the nice bags that they came in which I will keep and use for Useful Things. And the pillows are lovely lovely lovely. The first night with my new pillow, having slept notably badly for three or four days on the trot, I slept like a log. My head feels so much better supported, and my neck more comfortable, and I thrash around (apparently) much less. I love them. Now I have to save up for a duvet ...”

“The pillows are great and arrived swiftly. I thought the cloth wraps were a bit unnecessary but others might disagree and find them stylish. More importantly on the pillows themselves were diagonal banner wraps in a horrid synthetic material, sewn into the seam in such a way that it was difficult to get them off without danger of slitting the pillows themselves. In search of a fully natural product these had to come off immediately! I can't think why they were there but if they had to be then paper ones might tear off more easily. A pity to spoil a great product.”

Thanks for your feedback, we have been looking into an alternative to the satin corner wraps for a while, we'll take your comments on board and hopefully ditch the synthetics! We're very glad to hear you like the pillows though.

“Purchased an All Seasons Duvet 18 months ago best duvet we have ever had. One duvet is 200grams the other is 300grams it is Sunshine Wool which can be machine washed saved a lot of expense at the dry cleaners! When we first took them out of the storage bag they arrived in I was a bit worried about it being 'thin' I couldn't have been more wrong the way the duvet falls over you keeps you warm all over unlike big puffy duvets which have cold spots. The fact each 'square' is stitched stops the wool from moving and also helps add to the evenness of the temperature while under the duvet. I couldn't and wouldn't sleep under any other duvet now. Without a doubt a 5 star product.”

“I found the Wool Room wool duvet by searching for most ecological/ethical duvets. I'd never heard of wool in duvets. I sleep well so wasn't too concerned about the sleeping better testimonials…until I slept under the duvet. It is quite wonderful, I sleep better than ever and wake up earlier feeling more refreshed than before. The wool mattress protector adds to the comfort. The products are wonderful as is the efficient service - can't recommend The Wool Room too highly.”

“Having bought a merino wool sleep system in Spain a number of years ago I knew the benefits of sleeping under wool having now switched to twin beds I found a polyester and feather quilt both made me sweat our old wool blanket is a super king size so was not practical so that is now left to our visitors so without a trip to Spain to purchase a single size system which would be more expensive I decided to purchase from the wool room first class delivery service and the best night sleep for a very long time without waking up wet thankyou once again Terry H Calne Wiltshire”

“Brilliant service to start off with, then brilliant products. We treated ourselves to the full pack, and although my husband had serious doubts when he saw how thin the duvet was, haven't looked back. Sleeping so well, no more hot uncomfortable nights.”

“I have had my new wood duvet for 2 weeks - I am no longer too hot or too cold in bed just perfect, not once have I had to say to my husband go away you are too hot. My asthma has improved dramatically, no longer am I coughing on my exercise class to clear my chest. Brilliant is all I can say.”

“I was so pleased with how fast my delivery came, normally with products like this it can take a while (bedding) but I ordered mine on the Tuesday and it came on the Friday, the delivery company they use was also very helpful. great product and a great price. I look forward to getting home and getting into my Wool bedding”
