“Customer service is first class. Fast to respond and a pleasure to deal with. 'Chatnow' service is very useful. I had an issue and they resolved it straight away. Recommend highly, and lovely products!”

“Very quick with delivery and the product I purchased a King Deluxe Wool Duvet, Summer is better than expected. Have only been using it for about 2 weeks .. time only will tell if the quality remains the same, but so far so good.”

“Excellent rapid delivery - no problems with order, payment or company. I love my sheep stool. It's solid, well made and a great talking point. My main problem was finding a name to suit this sheep because it is a bit stern looking, but it's now been given a name - though I'm not sharing it with the world.”

“Excellent service. Delivered on time and I was told what was happening. The wool duvet is out of this world! We have tried every other type from fibre, feather and silk and we always got too hot. The first night with our summer weight wool duvet (along with a wool under cover and wool pillows) was when it was warm weather a couple of weeks ago and we kept beautifully cool. Wish we'd had one years ago.”

“My old duvet was leaking feathers. I looked at the many and varied duvets for sale. The diversity of price is quite amazing. I was attracted to wool, as a lifetimes on and off contact leaves a favourable impression. I don't have heating by choice in my bedroom, so I preferred a high gp sq metre. When I received the duvet it looked quite flat, but on trying it I realised how amazing it is at trapping heat, and it almost feels to hug your body. There is an extra quality that I cant explain, it feels like it tends to heat the chest and abdomen by trapping heat inside the body. Overall I am delighted with my purchase, after long discrimination I made the perfect choice.”

“Great experience - lots of information on the website and leaflets so that I could make an informed choice about which product suited me best. Ordering was easy and straight forward and the order was delivered within a couple of days as promised. Really love the carry bags that the duvet and pillows came in and have enjoyed a good nights sleep ever since they arrived.”

“The web site was very user friendly. I navigated the site with ease. Even when I later contacted customer services via e-mail as I had not included a discount code in my original order the service was friendly, prompt and efficient. I was impressed that I received the discount. The alpaca pillow arrived well sealed and protected and I am delighted with it. The carrier advised me that it was to be delivered extremely quickly and even gave me a short designated time slot NOT just a day and it arrived within that slot. Excellent choice of carrier chosen by the Wool Room. Well done Wool Room I shall be purchasing from you again in the not too distant future. A very satisfied customer!”

“I bought my first wool duvet in the Autumn. I have asthma and suffer from night sweats. I was recommended to buy a wool duvet to assist in both these conditions. I was very pleasantly surprise how comfortable it was and does assist in dealing with both conditions. I was so impressed that I bought a second one for my partner's home now I am comfortable in both homes. I would highly recommend them. The service from The Wool Room was excellent in both orders.”

“Could not believe how quickly my Duvet arrived in Cumbria - less than 24hrs from ordering. I got a spring/autumn thickness - a little chilly at first but then again our bedroom is quite cold at present - soon warms up. Has definately helped me not to wake up sweaty / clammy during the night or in the morning. Will have to treat myself to a winter rated one next winter.”

“Lightning quick, delivery was a delight. Only drawback was an ambiguous delivery time slot which would have meant my staying in all day but this was quickly and efficiently resolved following a quick 'phone call to the company. The 'Angus' footstool is of excellent quality. It is refreshing to see a company that actually cares for its customers. Keep it up!”
