“Pillow and mattress enhancer for cot excellent but quality of duvet very poor. We are having to use extra bedding. Not worth the money - disappointing.”

“We were delighted with the service we received and the quick dispatch of our duvet which we are enjoying sleeping under. It is light but cosy, particularly now that the colder weather has arrived. We would recommend wool duvets to anyone. It is good to know that sheep wool is valued again.”

“We bought our deluxe mattress topper to make our sofabed, used for occasional guests, more comfortable. It hasn't been used by guests yet, but it looks and feels really good. We were also pleased that, despite high demand, we were kept informed about when delivery could be expected, and the promise was kept.”

“Delivered rapidly and very well packaged. Excellent products (winter duvet, mattress topper and pillows) very light weight and the topper is so comfortable to sleep on. The weather has not been really cold yet but I am sure we will be warm all winter.”

“Following the success my husband and I have had with your duvets, which has stopped his night sweats, we purchased a lot tog one for our grand daughter who also gets very hot at night - she loves it - and stays covered up all night - her mother is delighted !!! An excellent product and excellent delivery service as always.”

“Cushion pads I ordered were much too small and not 40x40cm as stated on website. It turned out that there were intended to fit a 40x40cm cushion cover, though in my view as a keen sewer, an minimal allowance, if any is all that would be required as you want your cushion pad to well fill your cushion covers! The Wool Room need to state the exact measure of their products so customers understand exactly what they are ordering. I had to return two lots of cushions pads which was a bit of hassle packing up and being in for the collection. That said, Zoe who I liaised with was very helpful and recognised the issue I had had. I would buy from them again, but I would check dimensions with them first!”

“very satisfied with the goods, arrived promptly and on time and very impressed with the much better sleep that this gives us. We have the pillow, topper and quilt and they do seem to help comfort and particularly as my husband is on medication and found other quilts either far too hot or far too cold. Seems to regulate his body temperature and no night sweats etc. Very helpful for a good night.”
