“The duvet is a little large for my duvet cover so I have to curl it at the edges. The duvets are also lighter weight than expected so I added a blanket so it wouldn't feel so gappy and chilly underneath. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase. I haven't woken being too hot in bed, as I did with my previous bedding, which was the reason for buying wool products.”

“I ordered 2 items. One was damaged (the item itself, not caused by delivery) and I chose to return both items for refund. Customer Services advised returning items to Head Office rather than the usual warehouse address, by Signed For post with Royal Mail. This cost me £12. The Wool Room has acknowledged receiving the package and refunded the cost of the items but NOT the cost of securely returning damaged goods in the manner they advise. I will not order from this company again.”

“I purchased a single bed wool all season package to try and reduce the heavy sweating encountered each night. The first couple of nights were brilliant, nice and warm but no sweating. However I caught a bad cold shortly after and have been sweating at night again, though nothing like before. The wool definitely works and I am sure once the cold has passed dry nights will return, can't wait. The only down side was the wool pillow, I know pillows are hard to adapt to at first but it was really hard, I tried it for about four nights but have returned to my old one, again the bad cold I had did not help with constant headache. I will not give up on it and will try again when the cold has passed.”

“Excellent product! Can reccomend this as the best mattress topper I have ever bought. Excellent service when minor issue identified with item when delivered. There was no fuss, with a replacement item delivered within 2 days.”

“I ordered new wool balls to fill up my husbands pillow on the 26th October and was sent an email saying order was processed and be delivered shortly.! A week later still no wool balls, so emailed asking on an update got a reply saying they had been waiting for more stock and had logistical problems and my order would be sent out early this week.!!!! Got to Friday still nothing so emailed again and had no response! !!! Very dissapointed with the service I have received or not as the case maybe. So who knows when I will receive them.!!!?????”

“Ver well made, but unfortunately sizing completely wrong, size 7-8 was more like 9-10. Also the sole was made of felt (like the rest of the slipper) which made them incredibly slippery and too risky to wear on the wooden floors in my house.”
