“The products were beautifully made and finished to a high standard. One item had a strong smell and I had to air it on the washing line for two days before I could use it. I was very impressed with the delivery service. You informed me of the time of delivery within an hour and both deliveries came on time!”

“I ordered wool pillows this time which arrived on time in canvas bags in a light cardboard box - sensible minimal packaging. Pillows are a joy, very comfortable, fluff up easily and they smell great. They add to the heavenly wool mattress topper bought last year. It seems much more comforting sleeping with wool, in all seasons.”

“As a weaver and yarn addict I already know the huge benefits of using and wearing wool! We bought a duvet from you a few years ago and have loved it, so decided to go one step further and buy a topper and wool pillows too. We have not been disappointed, it has been worth the investment. Anyone interested in sustainability should also consider buying wool and using wool, which is a pure natural product. “Great service and excellent product. So far, about two weeks in and finding it all very comfortable and, most importantly, night sweats are dramatically reduced by about 75% which means perhaps once per week are they noticeable/disturbing me. Other interesting thing is my wife (who feels the cold) has not used an extra blanket once yet which she did on the Siberian Goose Down (thick) duvet before. Excellent purchase.”

“Never tried wool duvet or pillows before but would highly recommend them - went for the lighter duvet and it is so light and warm compared with heavy feather duvets which just make you sweat.”

“Having read the benefits of sleeping with wool I splashed out on a double deluxe super light duvet, mattress cover and pillow protectors. Super light duvet actually feels quite heavy compared to my old synthetic duvet but I got used to it quickly. Beautiful, high quality products.”

“Even though this was a midnight shopping result i have no regrets ordering their bedding package. I suffered from night sweat that would wake me up. I would have to change my shirt twice during the night. Ever since sleeping under the wool blanket i have not had one interrupted night! It is fantastic! Their service and communication was also outstanding! They kept me informed about any change in the delivery status and answered my question within an hour. Simply Fantastic!”

“I've been wanting to buy wool bedding for a long time. I came across The Wool Room and was impressed with the care they took in answering my question about how they clean the wool before selling it. This is just the kind of wool company I've been looking for. The pillow I ordered is very comfortable and versatile. I'm very happy to know that it is machine washable. The Wool Room has special offers on their wool and seem to try to make it as affordable as possible. “We used the email to ask a question about tog ratings . We received a reply from Chris within a couple of hours which was very helpful. We had a lightweight Fogarty wool duvet which gave the quilt cover a dingy appearance due to it being a dark beige. No such problems with our woolroom (11-14 tog) quilt. It's white and wonderfully warm and cosseting. A really good experience and glad we bought "British" wool.”
