“I have bought a number of items from the Woolroom and have always been impressed with the products and the service. I have had special requests to make about delivery etc and have always got prompt and helpful responses. After a cycle accident I had 8 months of recovery and ended up needing 2 pillows to sleep but once I had my wool pillow I was comfortably back to 1 pillow - excellent. Would always recommend”

“I purchased the All season duvet set. Sadly the smell is awful. It has been aired outside and inside daily depending on the weather, sprayed with odour neutraliser daily, and the smell is still bad enough for me to stop using it. Back to using my Down duvet. We purchased this because my husband is warm and I am cold. My husband used to wake up with his side of the duvet thrown over me. The wool did keep him cool and he was not throwing out limbs to cool down, however I needed a blanket my side as I found it a little chilly - a problem Ive noticed a few people comment about. If it were not for the smell this would be fine but I cant put up with the smell while in bed / on my night wear / and my hair. Dissapointed.”

Dear customer, we're sorry to hear that you're not getting on with your wool duvet as well as hoped. We will contact you via phone/email to discuss further. We do find that on occasions some people can be more sensitive to the smell of our new products than others. While airing can be effective, nothing is as effective as using the product. In terms of the temperature control, this can be something that your body needs a little time to adjust to. We do often have customers who find that at first they feel cooler or warmer than they should do, however this is very dependent on the type of bedding you've a had before, among other factors. “The processing of my order was very quick so that my goods were received in a very short space of time. The delivery was exactly as given on the tracking. My goods were beautifully packed. I chose the lightest quilt because I often get too hot in the night and I did feel concerned that a woolen duvet might not be the right thing to combat this. However I am delighted to say that I am enjoying sleeping comfortably under my quilt and with wool room pillows. I also bought a mattress cover and think I will order a mattress topper in the new year. Although my sleeping has not improved - I still wake up in the night - my comfort levels are improved, always the right level of warmth and no thrashing about sticking my legs and arms in and out of the bed.”

“I ordered a duvet because some family was coming over. I stayed at my place all day to ensure I would have it on the right day but the driver rang the wrong doorbell. From then on, it was impossible to contact anyone. When I managed to contact someone at The wool room, she proposed after seeming to doubt my version of the fact to give me a refund as I needed the duvet for that day. I accepted but have yet to get any emails from them confirming it except some marketing emails asking me for a review. Mistake can happen at delivery, it's all you deal with it that makes it a good service or not, this was a good customer service.”

“Great service. Wonderful products. I'm becoming addicted, I have the duvet, pillow and mattress protector. Pillow cured my neck pain. And the duvet keeps me at just the right temperature. Just ordered a mattress, can't wait for it to arrive.”

“I had sleepless nights, because I bought the deluxe wool king size bed without trying it. Oh my god, it's amazing. The craftmanship and quality is superb. My sleepless nights were for nothing. The bed is a delight to sleep in, in fact I don't want to get up in a morning. I'm well and truly delighted. I now have the quilt, the matress protector and pillows. The quality of sleep we get is much better. I was hoping it wasn't hype. I can say if you need a good night's deep, quality sleep look no further. I'm so glad I found your website. Your customer service and delivery service were excellent to. I wold have no doubt in recommending you. Thank You.”

“We cannot fault the service from The Woolroom, delivery was prompt and the footstool very well packaged, however the "Hairy Cow" foot stool is very small ( measurements are there but make sure to scroll down the info ) and was returned. The Woolroom refunded our payment, in full, very quickly. Apart from being disappointed it cost £16.00 to return so make sure the small size is acceptable before purchase.”

“I was finding my synthetic winter duvet made me too hot, and so sent off for a washable wool duvet. I have been delighted with it from the day it arrived - it has been perfect at regulating the heat, warm but never too hot, and not at all heavy. And unlike some other wool duvets made by other companies, where I read that they can smell a bit of sheep, my wool duvet from your company does not smell of anything.”

“I ordered a wool topper which was very promptly despatched. It makes the bed very comfortable and inviting. My only quibble is that the straps which hold it down are a bit short. However the topper itself is excellent.”
