“We ordered the All-Seasons Wool Duvet it's exactly as described. We've been using it for almost a week and it's done wonders for my allergies. It's also decreased the amount of heat that was being trapped with our old down duvet. I would like to point out that it is heavier than our old down duvet with less puffiness but over-all we are very happy with our purchase. I did want to point out that we ordered ours during the New Years holidays with a shipment to the United States and it arrived much faster than we anticipated, I think a total of 5 business days to receive. Would highly recommend, A+ for fast shipping. Thanks again, The Wool Room.”

“I bought a merino wool enhancer for my bed. Double sided, one longer wool for winter, the other side shorter for the summer. Size was perfect. Quality excellent. Have not had it long enough to know how it washes, but it is washable on wool cycle. Service was very quick and delivery to Spain, most economical. I had some questions which were answered online promptly and politely. I am impressed with both quality and service. Highly recommend The Wool Room.”

“The selection of bedding is excellent and our bed seems luxurious with the mattress protector. It seems a shame that the sprung pillow will be getting phased out. I was disappointed with the range of mattresses, the medium mattress felt lumpy and didn't seem to spring back into shape after lying on it, maybe it had been in the shop to long. There wasn't a firm mattress to try so nothing to compare it to. I would certainly recommend the bedding but if you want to sell mattresses, more work is required on marketing and availability.”

“Delivery was super fast and precise. Bought a mattress topper which is like floating on a cloud and feels wonderful on my achey hips. Also bought a tog 1-3 duvet which is really warm but not sweaty as I get really hot/cold at night. I'm using it in January! Would buy a 0.5-1 tog for the spring if they were available. Very happy with my purchases.”

“After a little deliberation between different suppliers. I chose The Woolroom mainly for its use of British wool. I ordered a medium weight king size, which is fine for two during the winter, those that like it hot may want the heavier one. The main difference between wool and synthetic is waking up with bed absolutely bone dry, no claminess at all. The warmth is instant too. I'd definitely buy another from The Woolroom. The delivery was quick and packed well. Never going back to hollow fibre.”

“My merino kingsize is exactly as expected...a lovely product.One niggle is that the blanket must have been packed in its case for a long time as it is very creased.I hope that the creases may vanish over time but after using it for a week or so they appear the same and I may well have to iron the blanket for purely appearances sake.”

“information on web page was good and I do think the pillow is cooler. There was a strong woolly smell which I found a little off putting but it has been a week now and it has gone. delivery was fast. I am pleased with the purchase”

“I was searching for a merino wool blanket for a Christmas gift and am very happy with the quality of the blanket I received, exactly like the photo. It would have been nice to have a choice of patterns but the stripes are classic and versatile.”
