“I ordered 2 cot mattresses, only one arrived. I telephoned customer services , which handled my complaint promptly and efficiently. I was told that my order had been placed wrongly with the supplier., which meant one mattress was 3 days late”

“The new quilt has not yet been in use as it is for the summer, but the items I purchased last year are just wonderful, and gradually I will replace all the quilts and mattress protectors and pillows with those from the Wool Room. The availability of the extra filling for the pillows is a masterstroke, and it has made a big difference. The packaging arrived in a terrible state, and I was lucky that nothing was missing or damaged. rosalind.field@btinternet.com”

“This is the first time I have used this site. I was looking for some pure wool blankets and found this site on line - they had exactly what I wanted (and at sale price!). The items were easy to track and arrived exactly when they were supposed to. The packaging was excellent, in their own plastic carry case, very impressive. The actual blankets are just what I wanted. Excellent products, lovely packaging and speedy delivery - couldn't ask for more. I would have no hesitation in using this site again.”

“After a lot of research into different pillows and retailers, I settled on a Deluxe Wool Pillow from The Wool Room as it ticked all the boxes for what I was looking for in a pillow. So far I have been sleeping great and have noticed my sinuses are much clearer. I mainly wanted a wool pillow to see if it would help my skin as I suffer from perioral dermatitis, so the clear sinuses are a pleasant side effect! My pillow arrived very quickly (posted to Australia) and The Wool Room was very responsive with queries. I would highly recommend their products and service.”

“This company is 100% brilliant. The advice has been second to none. The staff are helpful, friendly and polite and the fact that it is UK is a bonus. The items may be a bit pricey but they are worth every penny. The delivery is fast and so well packed. I will be ordering again in the future. The wool mattress protector, pillow protectors and Egyptian cotton pillow cases are top quality. Thank you to the Wool Room. Top Class.”

“Excellent order and delivery process, with updates about when you are going to get your package. The quality of the wool duvet is exceptional. It fits the duvet covers perfectly and doesn't slip down inside when you have a wriggly child who never sleeps still. My son loves his new duvet.”

“I have not been sleeping well for years and have tried absolutely everything : acupuncture, herbalism, silk sheets, ( nice !) etc etc etc . However, nothing has really worked until now, and actually I used to dread going to bed. Therefore the wool duvet has come as something of a miracle. I have only had the duvet for about 10 days, and last night didn't need to get up in the night to go to the toilet for the first time in many years. I am still waking up in the night, but going back to sleep much more quickly, and feeling so much more comfortable and relaxed. It is no exaggeration to say it has changed my life. Thank you for a truly wonderful product.”

“I bought a deluxe wool king-size duvet. It arrived within the stated time. Although costing a little more than I would normally expect to pay for a duvet, I had heard about the "magic" properties of wool and decided to give it a go. We've only had it a week, but so far it is very comfortable and warm. Yet to be tested in the summer, but I expect it will perform as described.”

“Really just fantastic! Ordered adult fox slippers which I wanted before christmas, the service, communication and will to help get these slippers to my partner in time was amazing and very human. Thank you! The Slippers are awesome too! Cute, just what I expected and really well made (got the 7 to 8 size, and the fit my partner (with socks) who is a size 7 and a half)”

“Recently bought a superking mattress cover and it is as good as they suggest. Definitely a much more comfortable sleep, and I am buying another one for our daughter. My only criticism, which is why I did not give it a top rating, is that the securing elastic for the mattress is not wide enough so does not work as it should.”

“My scarf is perhaps a bit pink for me - but the other version was too white and would have become dirty very quickly, so I went for this one. It is extremely warm and long - so much so it has been dubbed as 'Sue's Dr Who scarf'... Wool is not scratchy, lovely mix... Perhaps it would be good to have a greater range of colours - but I always like the quality from the Wool Room - have two of their blankets on my bed...again could have larger range of colours...but that isn't really a problem. Wonderful quick service and super scarf. What more could you want?”

“I read about products in local magazine. Having now purchased 2 deluxe pillows I am considering buying a mattress topper. The pillows were delivered quickly and in good order. I find the pillow very comfortable but I would like to visit the shop to see the toppers before making this more expensive purchase.”
