I do all my shopping online and NEVER leave reviews but I am so pleased with the wool room i was motivated to share how beautiful their products are. I had already bought a Fogarty wool pillow which turned out to be too flat for my neck. so i first bought the deluxe pillow and extra wool to get the right padding. Beautiful pillow, so well made and the quality was worlds away from the cheaper Fogarty. I then began to read about the health benefits of wool and researched wool duvets extensively and was close to buying the Fogarty one - am so glad i didnt - its not all natural and contains syntehtic fabrics. I decided to go all in and purchased a wool duvet, a wool matress protector and a wool blanket for layering in colder months. i sleep alone and really feel the cold, i usually have a thick duvet to keep me warm so had concerns about if the very thin wool duvet would do the job. I bought the deluxe medium. just had some of the coldest nights in a long time and i have been very snug. i love the new bedding and am very happy to be all natural wool. No complaints about strong smell for me, cant smell my duvet at all and i have super sharp sense of smell. everything arrives in calico storage bags which is a great touch. The wool room might be more expensive than cheaper lesser quality rivals but is so sort the investment. very very happy and fully recommend.

I very recently bought two luxury pillows which my husband and I found so comfy that a few days later, I went on to buy an all-seasons duvet and on my recommendation, my daughter bought a cot mattress. I really can't praise The Wool Room's products highly enough - outstandingly comfortable, beautifully made, packaged in high quality cotton covers and all delivered within three days of ordering!

Very satisfied with the blanket purchased - lovely quality as described on the website. Would have liked to have been able to track the status of the order - but all well in the end.

It is ridiculous asking for a review on a company that hasn't delivered an order yet. I placed an order two weeks ago and haven't received an update. I was told there was a two week wait on part of the order, but the item in stock hasn't been delivered.

We were most impressed with the staffs' in-depth product knowledge when we made our initial purchase. So much so, that we bought a mid-season duvet, some pillows, a wool mattress topper and promised to treat ourselves one day to a proper superking size wool mattress. Compared to our previous bedding, the level of warmth and comfort is just outstanding and we no longer play duvet wars. A couple of years have now passed and since then we have bought another quilt for the guest bedroom and guess what? We've just ordered our first ever wool mattress! Can't wait to try it out and review it!!

Ordered and paid for my product online 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for delivery. Apparently the good publicity for one of their products caused a surge in orders., resulting in an out of stock situation! Tell me, why would you not know that this item was to be advertised and highly rated without buying in more merchandise before the newspaper reported on it? Meanwhile, they have my money and I am still awaiting delivery - informed should be despatched week commencing 2nd February. Hope it proves worth waiting for?

This led to overwhelming demand that we hadn't anticipated. We tried to manage expectations by putting a clear note on the product pages highlighting that there'd be a 2-3 week wait and then sent an email to all customers in case this note had been missed. I wrote an email at 9.00pm and got a response from the managing director by 9.30 the same night! Very impressed, and the wool topper arrived promptly and is totally lovely. I highly recommend the company and the product.

Ordered from France on a Thursday evening and received the box on the following Tuesday morning - impressive. Not 'fleeced' (sorry!) on postage charges either. Very reasonable. The topper mattress is of very good quality but, in hindsight, I wish that we had bought 'the enhancer' version. The website wasn't the easiest to find your way around and I wasn't aware that there was a thicker version until I read the booklet that was included with the topper. Oops! I would, however, still highly recommend this Company.

When I ordered the de lux mattress topper I was told it was out of stock and I could expect delivery at the end of January of early February. However it arrived two days ago very well packed and I am more than pleased with its quality and effectiveness. My wife says she has had the best two nights sleep for months. Andrew Moore

I am 75 years old since using the topper i am enjoying an extra 45 mins in bed it is excellent i wish i had splashed out a long time ago. i wish i could afford the pillows as i am sure they would be equally as good. Thanks for a really great product. yours sincerely Granville Lewis

Ordered the pure wool mattress topper as recommended in the Daily Mail. Excellent product- it's like sleeping on a cloud! I love it and don't want to get out of bed in the morning. Brilliant service - would definitely use again and highly recommend.
