“The service from The Wool Room was excellent, with queries answered promptly and fully. I love the wool mattress protector but sadly it doesn't eliminate the extra unwanted heat from the memory foam mattress, though it does help a little. Having read more information on The Wool Room products, I will certainly replace any old bedding and mattresses with wool products.”

Thank you for leaving your review, wool does have amazing temperature regulating properties, but you may benefit more from a mattress topper to counteract the effects of your mattress...there is a much thicker layer of wool , so will create a greater barrier between you and your mattress while also giving you an extra boost of comfort....it may be something to consider for the future?. thank you for your feedback. “Customer service was excellent and delivery very prompt. Mattress topper is of excellent quality and the pillows purchased at the same time are so comfy but supportive especially as I can custom the filling to our requirements.”

“After reading reviews about the benefits of a wool duvet I decided to find out for myself if it was as good as I had read about. Well it was better, my husband & I both agree that we had the best nights sleep, he was no longer cold & I was no longer boiling hot. No more throwing the duvet off at night to cool down & then waking up cold looking for the covers. Delivery was quick and the ordering was easy. Thank you wool room, just wish I'd bought one sooner.”

“I was impressed with the speed of delivery of the mattress topper. It was ordered on Sunday and arrived Tuesday afternoon within a (much appreciated) one hour delivery spot. The mattress topper is great. My husband and I have carried out extensive and expensive research into the perfect mattress and topper arrangement. We have recently bought a Tempur Cloud 27 mattress which is comfortable. It can become very warm in the night however and the surge in temperature was waking me up. The topper was purchased to provide an additional layer of comfort and to regulate our body heat. It is perfect for that and is very snuggly. The only problem is that I now want to buy the All Seasons Wool Duvet....will have to save up!”

“We bought our first bedding from the Wool room in 2011. We saw the products at the Southport flower show are were favourably impressed. We have not been disappointed and have slept well since. So we had no hesitation recently when we needed new pillows and a mattress protector. Delivery was arranged within a few days and the driver arrived well within the arranged time scale.”

“My journey into sleeping with wool-based products began with the search for a new mattress. It transpires that even premier manufacturers such as Vispring recommend using a topper for both extra comfort and to ensure longevity and even wear of the mattress. Having ordered said mattress, with a waiting period of four to five weeks, my wife and I decided to buy a topper straight away with the idea of making the old mattress more comfortable during the wait. Vispring’s topper is £800 for kingsize, so we began the search for an alternative. I’m extremely pleased to say we stumbled across the Woolroom and that we purchased a topper from them. It upheld all of the claims made, proving to be comfortable and temperature regulating, and provided the best night’s sleep we have had in many years. So impressed were we that we decided to purchase a light-weight luxury duvet and luxury pillows, and as the cost of the package was not much extra, went for a set that included the mattress protector. The duvet has added tremendously to the comfort levels, with the bed being toasty within seconds but not getting too hot as the night passes by. Turns out too that I was suffering from dust-mite allergy; thanks to these wonderful wool products the bunged up feeling and sniffles have almost completely gone. The pillows took a little getting used to, feeling kind of lumpy, but plumping up as instructed and removing a little of the wool has rectified that initial issue. I do however feel that the pillows could be slightly better than they are. Although the quilted outer is much better than similar products I have looked at, I would like it to have a thicker depth to the padding, more like the topper. Therein, the loose wool interior would be less impacting on my obviously delicate skull. So how about it, Woolroom? How about an extra thick padded layer on the pillows? If you decide to give it a go, send one my way; this satisfied customer will gladly be a guinea pig.”

“Every person I have spoken to has been so helpful and caring. I had problems with the duvet covers I had as they were all too small! I got patient advice and I felt I was important to them.”

“Loving my new deluxe wool pillow I had to take some of the wool out to make lower for my needs.......but getting a super nights sleep. Definitely would recommend that everyone gets a wool pillow they are a must!”

“Good product, good price and very quick delivery once ordered. We are very happy with our woollen mattress topper and together with the wool filled duvet which we have had for some while now (purchased from Marks and Spencer) has made our bed super cosy. WOuld have no hesitte to recommend this company.”

“Super, good quality, woolly products. I bought the deluxe wool mattress protector and classic pillow, both of which I can recommend. After continued use over a period of time the pillow become flatter, but washing in specialist wool detergent brought it up as soft and fluffy as new.”
