“My last purchase which was a wool mattress protector was actually a gift for my daughter and her husband. They are delighted with it. It is very comfortable and the quality is excellent. Must treat myself to one. I have purchased from The Wool Room in the past and the service is excellent. Would high recommend them.”

“Beautiful, well made and luxurious product. Top,top of anyone's range. I have all the other wool bedding items but this one really tops it off. I can't wait to go to bed at night..”

“My new quilt is soft, warm and exceedingly cuddly. Now having the best nights sleep I've had for years. Quilt keeps me warm but not hot, and has a reassuring weight to it without being heavy. I'm 62 and I can say in all honesty, this is the best quilt I have ever had. Many thanks Wool Room for your quick service and excellent product.”

“I was so pleased with the quilt I bought last year I decided to buy another for our spare bed. I was sceptical that one weight would do all year round but it is warm enough in winter without being too heavy and cool enough in summer. First class quality and service 5*”

“Ordered wool pillows and once we got the filling to the correct thickness we have enjoyed good nights sleep. Bought one for a grand daughter who suffers from hay fever and am waiting to see how she likes it. I also bought her a pair of sheep slippers age 6-7 and although only 6 she must have big feet as they are too small. Pity as they looked cosy and fun.”

“I have brought 2 toppers and a double duvet. I am very impressed with the items as I am a very hot sleeper this was the ONLY topper that gave comfort and coolness (tried 4). The duvet wasn't as thin as I was expecting and the topper really did add that softness to a slightly to hard matress. Next to the service. One of the toppers had a fault upon delivery. I contacted the company who replaced it next day as well as saying keep the other faulty one to put on another bed as a result of the faulty product. This sort of customer service left me speechless and they will have my loyalty for this. Wool may be more expensive than synthetic materials but there is a reason for it. I wish I took the plunge long ago. When you have a great service with great product you won't regret paying that bit more. Hope this helped anyone who was unsure. Dan”

“Excellent service, and very good products as usual, the only disappointment was the pricing structure, we brought them" on special offer as we thought" only to find a short while after phoning the order through the price has now dropped further ?. We have now ordered a mattress and hope the same situation does not arise otherwise it will be returned very quickly. Lots of companies seem to have this idea of offering a sale price and then increasing the discounts at a later date which we find very annoying.”

“At last one duvet that suits both of us.Hubby likes heavy and hot, I wanted a light one as I was waking up bathed in perspiration. Having done some research I found your site. We now have a medium weight wool duvet that suits us both. I no longer wake up soaking wet, and hubby is also happy with the weight. I will be ordering a light one for the summer. Fabulous product, so glad I found you.”

Great to get your feedback Suzanne, the great thing about wool is that it can adapt to your body temperature, so your husband needing a warmer duvet is comfortable under the same duvet as you who needs a lighter weight. “I ordered two of the wool throws - the package arrived the next day but unfortunately there was only one - however this was quickly rectified after a brief e-mail and the other arrived the following day - they look so good on the end of my twin beds”
