“Liked my new Wool Room bedding so much, purchased new duvets & pillows for both my daughters and a cot bed set for the granddaughter, much to their delight. Since using the king size deluxe wool pillows, problems with both neck and shoulder pain during night and when waking up, has completely disappeared. Worth their weight in gold for that alone after many year's of suffering. Definitely the best investment I have made in bedding for years, love these products, wish I had discovered them much sooner. Also orders promptly dispatched and are given notification of one hour delivery time and option to change if not convenient. Very efficient systems. Saving up to get new mattress now, hopefully early in the New Year.”

“I ordered three cushions of the same design and colour on line. The ordering process was easy. Two of the cushions arrived the following day and I was really impressed with the speed and efficiency and delighted with my purchase. I contacted customer services to enquire about the third cushion which was missing from the parcel. I was informed that there were only two cushions in stock when my order was processed and that the third was being sent out to me from another location and indeed I received it the following day. However I was quite disappointed when I received the third cushion as the colour was a different shade from the other two (much lighter) which was quite noticeable when I put the three together. I felt unable to return the cushions as I had removed all the tags. Perhaps the company could have sent them out to me when they had obtained all three and checked the colour matches, it may have taken an extra couple of days but I would have been a lot happier with my purchase. The quality of the cushions is excellent and I would definitely recommend the Wool Room to other potential customers.”

“Order was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I have used woollen duvets in my house for years and although pleased with the one I had, because of pain from osteoarthritis in hip and difficulty turning over in bed felt a lighter one might help. I am delighted with the woollen duvet I purchased from you. It is light, warm and comfortable which is exactly what i was looking for.”

“I am very happy with my Wool Room purchases. The one thing I would like to see is that when the order is being processed updates are sent to the purchaser. i.e. Order received, being processed, dispatched and approx. dates for delivery. The goods are very well packed and not at all heavey.”

“The Deluxe Wool pillow has proved to be one of my 'best buys'. Despite my initial concerns : slightly expensive(?), will it be the right depth? will it provide a cooler pillow than my previous ones? (I'm a sweater). I needn't have worried - the depth 'issue' isn't a problem with the Deluxe as you can add or take away filling as required. It also proved to be great for my temperature & humidity control. Cost? It has proved worth the money - especially considering that we spend about a third of our lives resting our heads on pillows. I would recommend this product. If you have any doubts or are dissatisfied, this product (and other Woolroom products) have a 30 day refund guarantee.”

“I LOVE the Wool Room! it has THE best bedding etc you could need at a price that you can afford. I have bought many things in the past years, mainly for friends that have had babies .. the cot duvet is a 'must have' for them i must say, and mums have been so happy that the baby is kept a an even temperature, warm, snugly and safe! I also highly recommend the site to many friends.”

“All the claims on the brochure are true! Until now, I have always used expensive duck down pillows and duvet. Since I am on wool, I have never slept better- the wool keeps me cool and warm and is very breathable. I have the wool pillows, duvet and matress protector. It almost feels as the the wool permeates throughout the whole room, keeping it cooler in the heat and warmer when it cools down. For years, if I ate food late at night, I would sometimes break into a sweat in bed during the night- now I don't. I am absolutely certain that this is because of the wool. I can't recommend wool bedding highly enough.”

“We previously had a goose down and feather duvet and a memory foam mattress topper. Decided to try wool replacements as I am suffering from hot flushes/night sweats. Also bought 100% cotton nightwear (elsewhere). I find that the wool topper stays nicely in place, whereas the memory foam one was thick and moved around. It is comfy and cosy although not as thick as I am used to. The duvet is the Medium Weight Autumn/Spring one (mid-range) and I like it very much, it is thinner and more dense than down/feather and does hug you nicely. I'm not sure whether it will be warm enough for the really cold nights but should be OK with blankets on top. Would be too warm for hot summer nights (not that it is intended for those). Note that there was no noticeable smell to either product, certainly nothing unpleasant. As to the hot flushes, I am still waking up feeling hot, but not as sticky or sweaty and I think the feeling passes quicker, so would recommend. Note that lots of alternative wool duvet products incorporate an artificial layer, which would seem to defeat the object for this purpose. Quality products well presented in cotton zip up bags.”

“I ordered a mattress protector from the Woolroom having used it now for a couple of weeks I can honestly say how happy I am with it. I am no longer hot in bed an get a fully rested sleep. I also purchased their lovely fringed beige tartan cushions which look super in my lounge and have received so many compliments from friends. They arrived very quickly , great service.”

“We ordered the deluxe all seasons duvet set and was impressed as soon as it came out of the box. The set contains a thinner summer duvet and and slightly thicker autumn duvet which can be both safely and securely fastened together via poppers around the edges to create a winter duvet. Both duvets were considered thin (not airy or puffy like others) but had a good weight to them, and when under the covers they seem to hug both of us and fall more naturally (instead of creating a tent like effect between 2 people where the duvet is kept up in the middle forming a channel for cold air). We have the autumn duvet on at the moment and have to say it is proving to be a real treat. My partner and I prefer different temperatures in bed and this has really helped to balance different zones in the bed to both our liking's. Can't wait to try the combination of the 2 as we both like a weighty duvet and fell this will hug both of us even more. Thank you Thewoolroom, we would have never considered moving to a wool duvet had we not seen the website and read the testimonies and what wool could do. It worked.”
