“I first purchased a mattress protecter I was really pleased with it, it was so much more comfortable than the synthetic one we had used previously. I then decided to purchase wool pillows and I'm so pleased that I did they are really comfortable and light, as for the service I received from placing my order to receiving it it was trouble free and was delivered on time on the day promised! I am very pleased with my order and would definitely recommend The Wool Room”

“Received excellent service. I was sceptical about the mattress protector being as good as advertised but it does "what it says on the pack". Even though it is still summer and the nights are very warm, we are not suffering night sweats anymore. Looking forward to receiving pillow protectors so as to complete enjoying even more comfort.”

“I bought the wool pillow for my 18 month old daughter and she absolutely loves it. She is happy to lie down on it at bedtime and is sleeping very soundly all night. The first time she used it she went to sleep without even a murmur as she was so happy! Fast delivery and a good quality product. I thought the price was good value too.”

“Another fantastic wool duvet! My daughter loves it, she doesn't get too hot in it, it's perfect. What I really like about it is the cotton outer cover that is not too shiny so that the duvet cover doesn't slip off. I have had duvets from other places and the outer material is so slippy that the duvet just falls to the bottom of the duvet cover. So yours is just perfect! Thanks”

“Our daughter is very close to giving birth to her first child. The nursery is beautiful. with wood furniture and a beige carpet. In the past she has purchased from The Wool Room and did mention she would like a natural fleece rug from them for the room. I consequently ordered one and I am so pleased I did. It is gorgeous! The baby will love the feel of it. The quality is second to non. You could not find one better, I am sure.”

“I bought a wool throw and two cushions and was really surprised when they arrived nicely packed the following day! Really beautiful colours and a lovely soft touch. My only slight criticism is that the cushions needed a bit of an airing as they smelt of sheep!”

“I bought one of the blankets in the cat design - I already have one with sheep which I love. And the cat one is equally splendid. The resourceful Zoe, who I dealt with, went to great lengths to help me because they had run out of the colour I had ordered. Somehow she found one. So not only is it a five-star product, I was given five-star service.”
