“Although my purchase was placed via the internet, the support from the Wool Room was very personal. Good delivery company, able to change delivery day and they came when they said they would!”

“We ordered the new Superlight Summer duvet and was quite concerned on arrival that it would be warm enough - it was so 'thin' and lightweight. It looks like just two pieces of cotton cloth sewn together and any filling is hardly detectable. However, it is the best duvet we have had. My husband has COPD and I have recently been diagnosed with asthma. So I guess the duvet does what it says on the 'can'! I shall now be saving up to buy something a little warmer for the winter months and maybe looking towards a full wool 'system' as funds allow. Perhaps one of the best things about buying from the Wool Room has been the excellent communication with Zoe. I tried the online chat too as I am well aware that small companies can be overstretched and the last thing office staff need is a lot of customer phone calls. Any form of communication has been excellent with this company. (But then I am Yorkshire born and bred and this company is very close to my old stomping ground!) Good on yer The Wool Room. Sithee soon....”

“All the products we have bought from the Wool Room have been first class. We now have a double layered duvet which suits summer with one layer and winter with two. The pillows are comfortable and keep their shape beautifully and our mattress cover fits well and stays in place.”

“purchased delux pillows and both my husband and I have had such an improved nights sleep that I ordered the all season duvet. . New to wool bedding but would definitely recommend it. Both items were delivered within in four days of ordering.”

“I will admit I did not believe that a wool duvet and pillow would help me sleep better but it absolutely does! I suffer really badly with hot sweats and had to get up 4 times a night, sometimes moving to the spare bedroom for a cooler fresher bed. Since I have had my wool duvet and pillow I have slept so much better, only getting up once in the night. I feel much more relaxed and comfy in bed and so much more refreshed in the morning. I would urge any menopausal women to give it a go, it certainly has improved my quality of sleep immensely.”

“Purchased a Medium Wool Duvet, 2 Pillows and some spinning Fibre. I was lucky enough to be able to take advantage of the sale at the Wool Room. I can only recommend the service the Wool Room offers. I was kept up to date as to where my delivery was, I thought the prices where reasonable. And after a few days of getting used to the new Pillows I am now sleeping much better than before. The Pillows are much firmer than my previous ones and I found I only need one now opposed to the 2 Hollow fibre ones I had. The Duvet is also much more comfortable than my previous Feather one. At first I was surprised how "thin" the Duvet was but it is simply perfect. For us the Medium Autumn/Winter one is enough but should I ever need a warmer Duvet I will most certainly purchase it from the Woolroom. I highly recommend The WoolRoom for their products as well as their service”

“Service was excellent and the of quality goods received were also excellent. What can i say sleeping with the wool duvet and pillows etc has improved our quality of sleep reduced sweats and the bed looks perfect when made up no creasing no lumps or bumps as you can gather we are delighted and would recommend the products to everyone regardless of age”

“best night sleep I have had for a long time, the temperature, is just right and stays that way all-night, Cannot fault the quilt or mattress cover but not sure about the pillow as yet. Now saving up for the matteress”

“Hiya, I popped into the Stamford store while pregnant and chatted to staff about wool. There are loads of different types and really beneficial to being astmatic, having allergies and regulating temperature for me and my baby. I decided to get the footmuff for the pram”

“I first found the Wool Room 2 years ago after reading an article in the Daily Telegraph. I purchased the sheep footstool as a wedding present and am very delighted with it. It arrived well packed in 2 days, so full marks for service. The item is sturdy and well made , and British, perfect for a farmer and his bride. Thank you for a super service and excellent product. “I do think the product is first class. HOWEVER, having previously purchased a winter king size quilt and two pillows, I planned to purchase a summer weight king size quilt and two autumn weight quilts for the single beds in the spare room. I often visit the outlet at Dobbies garden centre, nr Dalkeith, Midlothian and I asked them if I made a combined purchase of all 3 quilts would they afford me the 30% discount available to customers buying full bedding sets. The assistant in the store thought that was a reasonable request but whoever she phoned responded with a resounding NO! How do you expect to create brand/customer loyalty?”
