“Very good product which arrived very quickly and the delivery people gave me a 1 hour window for the delivery which means you don't have to stay in all day.”

“Just thought I would give this pillow a go, I have tried so many without much comfort for my aching neck and shoulders, wow, this wool pillow gives me the perfect position for comfort, I am a scruncher but this pillow handles anything I give it and still keeps its "newness" due to the wonderful ability to put your hands inside and sort it out. And being able to add or take away wool filling is genius.”

“The slippers are beautifully made and come in a bag that makes it an even more attractive gift. I was impressed by the delivery too. Although comparatively pricey, you are allocated a one hour delivery window.”

“The transaction was smooth and easy. I loved the professional way the products were displayed and described. I ordered the deluxe pillow because I wanted the option of altering it to suit me. The first night I slept on it as it arrived, but found it too hard. The next day I removed quite a lot of wool and then teased the wool apart. It's not very thick now, but suits me fine as I can move it under my head and neck just as I like it. In the morning there's a deep indentation where my head has been which is understandable. I have a pillow protector on it and also a pillowcase. I've never had such a creased pillowcase before - that's not a problem, just an observation. I must add that I was so pleased with how the pillow was packed with the calico bag and the excellent quality cover. The information accompanying made interesting reading. Thank you very much, The Wool Room”

“Wish I had bought my wool duvet set sooner. No more nights overheating and waking up, throwing off my old duvet and going downstairs to cool down. Blissful and I would recommend the Wool Room to anyone. Delivery time was excellent.”

“Their standard delivery order arrived only within two working days of ordering and the company they used kept me up to date as to when (with a half day and then later with in the hour) they were going to deliver as well as an option to change it, should it not have suited me. They received my special instructions and were very pleasant. It made the whole journey from ordering online through to receipt of the goods a pleasure and very easy.”

“Very speedy delivery in the first instance. I am using only half of my all season duvet purchased as the weather this September is pleasantly warm. I am finding the duvet light and it certainly keeps me at a more consistent temperature than my old feather and down one. Very Pleased with it and am proud and practical to buy British”

“I ordered luxury duvet last week and found staff very helpful in understanding me needs, i suffer from night sweats and this duvet is perfect for me, I've also got the wool topper so I'm surrounded by luxury and sleep much better, thank you.”

“The ordering and delivery process was very smooth and the pillow is of a very high standard. I'm endlessly fussy about pillows and I appreciate that this one has a concealed zip to allow the filling to be modified and that it is fully washable. And it's very comfortable too.”

“We recently purchased a bed through the wool room which was delivered promptly. I found the bed to be very comfortable but alas my husband did not. We have been extremely impressed at the helpful response of the company when the bed wasn't right for us as a couple. Initially Chris came out to us at home to see if we had received a faulty product, which was not the case. When we decided reluctantly the bed would need to be returned this was arranged without any fuss at a time and date to suit us with our money refunded in full the same day the bed was collected. Excelllent company to deal with.”
