“Easy to order from the website, easy to deal with on the web chat when a fat fingered moment left the wrong delivery address, really quick to dispatch order and even easier to take delivery as they use one of the most helpful courier services that without asking gave me an hour delivery slot and turned up in the first minute of that - fantastic lack of having to wait around wasting my day! I.e. All aspects of the purchase process was really great!”

“Great communication- there was a day delay on the delivery but I was kept well informed. Packing was lovely and environmentally friendly (no plastic, just reusable cotton storage bags). The items seem amazing quality and all good so far!”

“Very easy process to order, goods arrived in timely manner. I now have all wool products on my bed excluding cotton sheet/duvet cover- I really struggle to sleep and get hot very easily, I sleep so much better now and my husband who is the opposite to me finds he is ok also”

“I am happy because my product is natural wool, and comes from Elland in West Yorkshire (I think that must be the showroom with the topper being made in Rutland. Maybe it's the other way round.) near to where I come from. The quality of my mattress topper is excellent and I like the bag it was packaged in too. Knowing all this brings a smile to my face. Well done Wool Room :)”
