“Although our Woolroom de luxe pillows were great and value for money we felt that in our case we needed a little more filling in them and the option of being able to purchase extra filling was fantastic. The filling was well packed and arrived on time, also being able to track our goods delivery status eliminated the usual delivery frustrations.”

“Easy to use website, very efficient service and my new duvet arrived very quickly. I love my duvet as it does exactly what is says it will, I'm sure I'm sleeping more soundly as I'm not waking up too hot in the middle of the night but equally it kept me toasty when when we had a cold couple of nights recently. Very happy with my purchase and have just bought myself the v pillow and am looking forward to receiving and using it.”

“Although the product I ordered wasn't suitable as incorrectly advised as a cot bed mattress enhancer, the process of ordering was easy and it was delivered promptly. I only hope the return is as efficient”

“Purchased the all-season deluxe wool duvet and currently (summer 2017) using the 200g duvet. Am pleased that the duvet does drape well and there are no obvious cold areas. As the duvet links up to the 300g duvet with many poppers I'm sure that the combined 500g duvet will be good in winter. I would not have purchased the item if the duvets had only 4 poppers, one at each corner.”

“I am very pleased with my new king size wool and alpaca duvet. It is light weight and retains a comfortable temperature regardless of whether it is warm or chilly. Having arthritis can make it difficult to sleep but having the right duvet certainly makes a difference.”

“I bought a wool pillow and a bag of wool balls to customise pillow. I am so pleased with both, they arrived very promptly and both were in super canvas type covers. I have now used the pillow for a week and can't recommend it enough, it really does help if you suffer from a hot head at night, so very pleased. A great company to deal with and I shall now save up for other items I wish to purchase in future. Highly recommended.”
