“We find the duvet heavy and uncomfortable not cosy. Would not buy another which is a shame. I would prefer to a refund .”

“Am I rating Woolroom, or the quilt? No problems with ordering, delivery etc. All well there. Quilt. I like the concept of the breathability, etc. Having tried my new quilt for a few nights I find it rather heavy, although it is a medium weight one. With hindsight I would order two thin ones and use them either together or singly, according to the weather. Also as I always have cold legs, I could just use one at the top and double the second one over my legs if needed. I think the one I have will be good in the cold weather though.”

“Decent, well-priced pillow which arrived super quickly! Glad to have found an eco alternative to feather and down varieties. Shame you guys don't offer an organic cotton cover. Has anyone else bought this up? Would you consider it?”

“I would have given 5 stars, but for the fact my order was delayed with no email explaining why. It was only when we rang them we found out they were waiting for stock. We love the pillows, duvet and topper, and can testify the washable pillows do indeed wash well, as we’ve had a pair for a year.”

“It was frustrating that somehow the product was delivered to the wrong address twice. You seem to have misquoted my address. Once it arrived, the blanket is very nice.”

“The item arrived very quickly and was not overpackaged and the packaging was recyclable. It is my second purchase of a pillow cover so I knew what to expect; it makes my foam pillow more comfortable. I didn't need the price list enclosed- it has gone in the recycling.”

“I really love the natural colours of the blankets I bought. I think the measurements were a little different to what I expected but it didn't really matter. The parcel was well wrapped and left in a secure place for me to pick up as I wasn't in when it was initially delivered. I was kept up to date with the delivery process by email. My only concern was that the blankets didn't have the British Wool Marketing Board logo on them to reassure me they were wool. (It was them who referred me to the website.)”

“Offering was easy. However, my 2 pillows were a present to a couple in Germany (Essen), and the delivery caused some problems: the address was correct, but the name wasn’t. Instead of the couple’s name, my name was given. I received all the delivery messages here in England. I emailed PDP to correct this, but the correction had to come from the firm. One of your advisers asked for the driver to be contacted; that wasn’t possible. Finally, I contacted the couple in Germany, and they accepted the parcel I my name. Not a nice experience, since this was a present for the couple’s Golden Wedding. Glad it was solved in the end!! I haven’t had any comment about the use of the pillows.”

“duvets fantastic. Nice weight. Regulate body temperature. Quite yellow in colour though so can be seen through white bed linen. Knocking a star off for the appalling delivery service (DPD local). Sent to correct depot, then London, then back to correct depot. Not replying to emails. Then not sent out for delivery and issues with picking it up. Woolroom staff fantastic though and did their best to resolve.”

“Love my wool products. Arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. However, very disappointed that am unable to button up 4 of the 7 buttons on the duvet cover as the bottom hole is too sewn up and the wool duvet keeps sneezing out the bottom of the duvet cover. Have mentioned it to the Woolroom Contact Us email but with no response. But sleeping well with wool duvet and wool pillows.”

“Excellent service. easy to order, arrived next day, courier exactly on time.Lightweight duvets perfect for these hot nights. My only niggle is that both the double and king size are slightly too big for my covers (standard sizes) so there are a couple of ridges where they do not lie flat within the covers. Haven't found a way to rectify this yet!”
