“Speedy delivery and beautifully packaged. But really didn’t need the fancy bags and labels to impress. Prefer to do without and save the planet etc. More than happy to recommend to friends - excellent quality at a decent price. Many thanks”

“The woolroom products are very good, and the wool is a much more dynamic insulator than man-made equivalents. The downside is that you charged me £68 for pillows in-store when they were on offer at £58 on-line. Despite living within 5 minutes drive of one of your stores I would now look at on-line first.”

“Product quality and delivery excellent. Unfortunately, I bought the mattress topper on the basis that it would mean that I no longer was hot in the night which it appears to suggest it would help with. It does not. It is very comfortable and I will continue to use it. I also bought some cushion pads which are just fine.”

“I first bought a wool duvet from the WoolRoom back in May 2016 and I have been using it ever since; I am very satisfied with it but as it's the light version it is really better suited for the warmer days. So I decided to buy the medium (autumn/winter) version too. The duvet arrived next day and it is just as good as the old one; being also a bit warmer. As a seasoned convert to wool bedding, what can I say? Personally wool works for me and yes, I find it better than feather. The main difference is that feather tends to get stuffy - the most obvious difference is getting under a feather duvet as opposed to a wool one on a cold day in a cold bedroom. Feather feels like ice initially, then when it gets warm, it starts feeling stuffy. Wool feels warmer to start with and doesn't overheat. If you - like me - dislike synthetic materials, you only have a choice between feather and wool; if you haven't tried wool, it's definitely worth a try. It's a bit more expensive but you spend a third of your life in bed, this is money well spent.”

“The advice I was given when making my choice helped hugely in my decision. I was not happy when the first sales person I spoke to said she had to help an onsite customer and would phone me back later that day. Two days later I had had no call but was able to continue my purchase when I put a call through and spoke to a very apologetic assistant”

“Absolutely love the product (all seasons wool duvet) - the duvet is a revelation, and both my husband and I wished we'd known about them years ago. I thought I'm miss the depth of a fluffy down duvet but not at all! It's very cold at the moment but we only need the 300gpsi duvet, and have put the lighter one away for the spring. We're both very cosy under your wool duvet! Also, your customer services department was very good.”

“Only having had it for a week or so, I haven't had the opportunity to use it in the coldest of English nights, but in the moderately cold nights so far, it has kept me warm, without overheating and getting sweaty. I'm hoping it will soften up over time, as it is somewhat heavy and hard.”

“I cannot actually say anything about your products as I bought the deluxe pillows as Christmas presents, so I haven't taken them out of the box yet...but I do want to say that the young lady on the telephone who dealt with my failure to purchase via the Internet ( my fault) was extremely kind and patient. Also, the order arrived very quickly which was great, Thank you.”

“This pillow is very different from any other and I would recomend this especially to anyone that has neck pain with this one you can have comfort and support without getting over hot I have not found this with any other pillows and you can customise it to suit your needs at any time well worth the money and could last you a life time with out going saggy or lumpy”

“Excellent service and product quality—the only thing that could be better is to have a zip as standard on all of the pillows, this would allow one to adjust the content amount according to their preferences and replace the wool filling when necessary, thus, preventing the need for a whole new pillow.”

Thank you for the review. We are pleased you received excellent service and are happy with the quality of the product. We will take on board about the zip on all pillows. Our deluxe range does have a zip so you can adjust the softness and firmness by adding in more wool. (This one is machine washable) Our luxury range also has a zip with the outer cover being able to be washed at home but the alpaca and wool filling is enveloped into cotton casing that would need to be dry cleaned. Our Classic Wool Filled Pillows are part of our entry level Classic Bedding. This range still offers many of the fantastic benefits of wool whilst also offering great value for money. It is enclosed.
