“I got the deluxe wool bedding set light, and it's nice. It's not super because I'm still warm at night (even though it's quite cold in the bedroom) and wake up because of that, but it is better. The mattress protector also has a nice feeling when lying on top of that.”

“Our new summer duvet arrived very soon after ordering, well wrapped and in a nice cotton bag. It is light and cosy and warm with a cotton cover. As I get very hot at night I think this tog will be ideal for me during the whole winter. I love the idea of it being made in England using English wool, what a great way of using it.”

“I have neck problems , and so I thought I would invest the money in a deluxe wool pillow. I am happy with it but not 5star happy. I feel it is a little flat . I thought it would be more filled with wool , and as it is rather an expensive pillow , and then having to purchase more wool to fill it up made me feel very dissapointed hence 4 stars.I always try to purchase British and especially supporting the wool industry. It is luxury , it is well made and supportive but not a very firm pillow.”

“The online experience was disappointing (contact me if you wish and I'll provide constructive feedback) but the process worked and I collected from store. That was more than compensated for by the personal contact, once before purchase, another by email (answering a query) and lastly in-store. All warm friendly helpful and patient. I've not opened the product yet but it looks good.”

“My top up bag of wool arrived within a couple of days and was as described. The wool is soft and fluffy and makes a lovely natural pillow. No more horrible polyester for me.”

“I bought 2 products, one day apart, both were in stock when i ordered . The first order went swimmingly and arrived in 2 days. The second took 5 days with no reason given, then on the day of delivery the delivery firm sent an email saying that they hadn't received my delivery from the wool room. However it was then delivered on that day. So not full marks and hopefully the second delivery was not the norm.”

“I recently bought a Tempur memory foam mattress to help my painful back. However, I found it so hard that I woke up every morning feeling bruised and sore all over. I was contemplating getting rid of it but decided instead to try a wool mattress topper. Now I have both the support I need and the softness against my joints. It means I don't have to throw a £1500 mattress away, so well worth it.”

“Well made, high quality product. it does add softness to bed. reason for not giving 5 is because I do think the price could be slightly more attractive. However, I will consider buying more products in future from wool room as quality is very good.”

“Quality of items and packaging is excellent. Delivery was also extremely prompt. Only four stars as disappointed with the website and way items displayed. I wanted all seasons deluxe, but couldn't find it (was it me??), so ordered two separate duvets. It wasn't until I got the catalogue with the order, that I saw there is an all seasons combination. Not too much of a problem as I am unlikely to use both together, but there is a price difference!”

“I like my new duvet, though the weather is so hot at the moment it is difficult to judge exactly as to the effectiveness of the wool. I haven t been sure whether or not to put it in a cover (I use a top sheet as well), as this makes it more bulky and I like the thinness of the product. Ideally I would like to use it with no cover but that would mean frequent washing, which the wool might not like. Also without a cover it looks a bit too clinical.”
