“The service is excellent. Delivery efficient. I have a duvet that I love. I also like the sustainable cruelty free aspect of the wool products. But latest order of two pillow - standard and luxury - I am disappointed. I find them hard with no 'give'. I have opened the luxury and shaken the wool and removed a small amount but still not happy. I sleep badly and was hoping this would help me sleep better. Just too 'solid'”

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your new pillows. Our Deluxe pillows may be a better option for you as they are fully adjustable, the luxury pillows come in a pre-filled soft, medium and firm tension and are not designed to have the filling removed in the same way as the Deluxe pillows. “Very pleased with the alpaca all seasons duvet; the product is excellent and would have given 5* had it not been for some delivery issues - these were swiftly resolved when I contacted the wool room and I'd be happy to shop here again.”

“Ordered the Amcliffe Fern throw with a discount. Beautiful colour, and softer than my other wool throw. although it feels much thinner. Delivery was excellent.”

“The duvet and pillows are lovely to sleep amongst. One comment, I ordered a second child's duvet (120x150cm). This is larger than the one I already have even thou they are the same size. This is frustrating as they do not sit probably together in the duvet cover.”

“Excellent delivery, beautifully packaged, love the calico bags. Bought two season duvet, tried with the thicker one first but needed to add second layer, takes a bit of getting used to as much heavier than old down duvet, more like sleeping under old fashioned sheets and blankets, it does stay in place though and doesn't seem to slip off the bed. Really like that you can take filling out of pillows, such a good idea.”

“I needed a warm duvet so I ordered the warm classic. The first night I used it I wasn't sure if it was warm enough then it was 7 am.”

“Very happy with the quilt, pillows and mattress cover. There was a delay with delivery, which didn't cause us any problems. (The order was with us within a week.) I was disappointed with the delivery company, who delivered it to the wrong address, it then went to the wrong address again and my neighbour (who is a tenant) kindly delivered it.”
