“Duvet came when it said it would. It is a little warmer than I was expecting a 3 tog to be. Still lovely though. Have a new love affair with wool!”

“This is a great pillow, I have neck issues and this pillow allows me to easily adjust it's height/depth even in the middle of the night this can easily be done as the contents are relatively easily redistributed. Very good!”

“I am very pleased with our deluxe pillow cases. They've given our old feather pillows a new lease of life and I love the idea of using wool for bedding rather than synthetic material so I will probably be ordering more products gradually. The delivery service was also good and the presentation very nice so I will keep 'The Wool Room' in mind for gifts.”

“We bought this 3-9 tog duvet and the cotton duvet cover for our Motorhome, I am asthmatic and allergic to dust mites, also there's not much space at the bottom of the bed to get past so we didn't want the usual type which takes up far too much room. It is a really nice light duvet,,really like it but it gets lost in the duvet cover!! It all end up at one side! Also it is not warm enough for a Scottish summer, I wish we had bought the next tog up, I will have to treat myself and get one for the house too!! A great product!!”

“Ordered the Kilnsey Wool Throw - Fern online on a Saturday. An easy process. Monday I received notification it would be with me on Tuesday, (sooner than expected) so I went online and changed the delivery to Wednesday. All done easily and it arrived early in the morning on Wednesday. Great service. The colours of the throw are wonderful, it is a good weight, perhaps not quite as soft to the feel as I'd hoped, but lovely none the less.”

“Very pleased with deluxe mattress topper, quality as expected having purchased deluxe duvet, pillows and mattress protector a year ago. Particularly like the duvet as it is light and warm and fits around the body so when my husband moves in bed I don't get blasts of cold air, as with our old duvet. The pillow was a little soft so I ordered extra wool and can now fill the pillow to my liking.”

“Have been using for a week, having purchased the Deluxe Wool Duvet Set. Duvet, Pillow and Mattress Protector. As advertised I have found I am no longer sweating in bed which is the good news, but because if this have found that I am slightly colder. So one night had to wear bedrocks, as feet cold, however the weather has been cool this last week. I bought the combined duvet set which can be pinned together to provide winter protection. Currently using the lighter duvet, but because of this poor June tempted to use the heavier duvet. The pillow has remained untouched, but had to puff it up last night as head leaving indent in pillow. No hardship. Sleep quality is probably better, as I am not waking up in the middle of the night several times due to being too hot, to hips aching. However, I am finding it extremely difficult to wake up in the morning, despite alarm clock as am dead to the world and it is taking me half an hour to come to. Would prefer to be able to wake up sharper. Would say am feeling better during the day due to better quality sleep. I phoned to order my Duvet, as not sure whether to order the Luxury against the Deluxe. Found the assistant extremely helpful. In the end I purchased the Deluxe Set, which came to about the same price as the Luxury Duvet, as would mean getting the whole benefit of wool pillow and mattress protector for temperature control. The other benefit is that the Deluxe can be washed rather or dry cleaned, with my preference being washing. My order was delayed for a few days at my request, so that I would at home on the delivery day. I was very happy with the Delivery Company used, as knew to within the hour when delivery would occur, and also had the ability to change the delivery time & date if things changed at the last minute.”

The All Seasons duvet that you purchased will give you maximum flexibility during the British "summer" enabling you to alternate between the 200gm and the 300gm as the weather changes. “Having to cope with being of a certain age and the recent humid nights, we have just invested in a deluxe extra light duvet. Were a bit doubtful that there would be much difference between that and the luxury range light duvet which we bought last year but the difference is indeed noticeable. Again, lovely quality, super packaging and fast delivery. Can't fault the company or their products. We are very satisfied customers and are pleased to regularly recommend The Wool Room to others.
