“The best customer service experience ever! Fast and efficient. The alpaca duvet is brilliant: not only keeping us at a comfortable temperature, but also being light and quite is a considerable bonus. The wool pillows are a bit high and firm to our liking. The wool cot duvet seems also effective for my 2 year old who is generally warm and tend to sweat a lot. Many thanks Pinar”

You don't say which type of pillows you have but if you bought our adjustable deluxe pillows it is possible to change the firmness by unzipping the pillow case and removing some of the the wool inside. “Beautiful, soft cosy quilt. Have never had a wool quilt before but am so pleased with it. Have had less night sweats which is such a bonus and was the reason for my purchase. It is quite warm on a muggy summer night though ( I purchased the light weight one) but is still a bearable warmth. I would definitely recommend to anyone and am planning on adding more wool items soon!”

“Pillows looked great. Presented to a very high standard in there own bags. Didn't get chance to try them as both parents stole one each. So will have to order and additional two.”

“Helpful staff answered our questions, our order arrived the next day and we are delighted with the topper, duvet and pillows. We are more comfortable, no longer get overheated, and are sleeping better. We are very pleased we made the change to wool bedding.”

“I am very pleased with my deluxe wool duvet. I am finding I sleep better I do not wake up feeling hot and sweaty in bed on warm nights . It is also plenty warm enough on the cooler nights and I do believe will be warm enough for me In the winter. I am now thinking of getting a wool pillow and a mattress cover.”

“Having had many sleepless nights because of overheating and sweating I was intrigued when I heard about woollen duvets and having bought the lightest Tog 1-2 duvet I am now sleeping like a baby. No more overheating and no more sweating - I shall definitely be changing my winter weight duvet come the Autumn.”

“The quilt is very comforting and the quality isexcellent. Some people have commented on the lightness of the quilt but we have not found this a problem. Overall very pleased with the purchase.”

“Love my new wool mattress topper! It fits my new uk sized double mattress perfectly (even though it's a very high mattress) but also stretched to fit my old ikea sized double before I upgraded. It has made the bed much softer and I no longer get too hot, which I used to in summer on my old memory foam mattress. Highly recommended and worth the price!”

“Bought the summer weight superking after researching woollen quilts.. As I am a great believer in natural materials that are made in the UK this product was perfect for me. Next day delivery - great service - lovely packaging - what more can you ask for. I will certainly be ordering a winter weight if I find I need it”

“I have a wool duvet, mattress cover and pillow. I sleep much better at night , I was surprised how cool I was recently when it was 26 to 28 dec in the room. The mattress cover is really comfy and luxurious, and the duvet can be split between two rooms in the summer. as it has two layers that clip together. It is much better with moisture control. The pillow can be fluffed up, by I have not done this yet.”

“I have used The Wool Room twice now. The first time was to completely overhaul my bedding and linen. The wool aspect is wonderful to aid sleep - and reduce night sweats! And the Alpaca blanket that came a couple of days ago is wonderful to snuggle up under on the sofa on a cool night.”

“I purchased the pillow a year ago and after a rocky start, I had fluffed it up too much, completely my own fault, I have only good praise for it. I have just woken up after my 1st nights sleep on my mattress cover and it is a pleasure. Thicker than any that I have previously owned and feels fabulous. I would have no hesitation in recommending these products, and have indeed done so to friends.”

“Thank you WoolRoom... This Alpaca king, (all season) duvet is amazing. my wife suffers from night sweats, and having read your details concerning the advantages of this duvet for this problem we bought it. My wife found using the TWO quilts together, (even at this time of year) was too much, but the thicker of the two alone has proved to be wonderful. It is very light, but keeps her warm without heavy weight, we are very pleased indeed. Also, I must say that I am sleeping better than I have for years. I feel really warm and so comfortable, waking up really refreshed, I would also say that I am over eighty and find the need for deep comfortable sleep very important.... so its thank you WoolRoom from me as well as my wife.”
