The book arrived with what appeared to be a stab mark through the packaging and upper cover. I have bought from Wordery many times and I think this may be one of those cases where the postal system has done wrong by both the supplier and the customer... It's just disappointing because it was a brand new title.

Your description of the Crossword book stated that it contained over 400 puzzles . Well, it only has just over 200. !!!!! So I assume you quoted details of a different book all together. So as this was for a present, I was disappointed to say the least.

The book was much smaller than shown (not much of a read) - I had bought for a present and thought it would be a proper reasonably thick book and then when received the price of £1.99 was on cover of book and couldn't be removed.

I took a lot longer to receive the book I ordered. I had to inquire twice before it actually arrived. It Did arrive in good condition, though.

The book took longer to be delivered than the quoted date. This was annoying as the book was bought as a birthday present and arrived too late.

Pricing and postage speed were excellent, quality of packing on the other hand was far to be desired, book suffered damage in the post and as it was a gift was far from acceptable.

Delivery took a long time and no communication. From order to delivery is stated as 6 working days. It was actually 10 days.

Nothing really went wrong as such but the book being a paperback had an edge slightly pushed back even though the packaging was fairly robust

My purchase was for work related text books. I needed to specifically ask for a tax invoice. The delivery was slow with one book being delivered at 10 days and the second book being delivered at greater than 15 days. Also there was no way to track the delayed parcel.
