Ordered on the 3rd July , received on the 21st July missed my daughters birthday by 8 days . Thought you were writing the books yourself , won't be ordering from you again ????????

I specifically ordered the books for holiday reading, approximately two weeks before going away. As all were supposedly in stock and the estimated delivery time was well within this time period, I expected to have all three books prior to leaving the country. Only one of the three was delivered on time. If a book is not in stock, don't advertise that it is, as this is misleading and leads to disappointment. I will be thinking very carefully before ordering from you again.

Hi Rebecca - The two books which didn't reach you in time had longer delivery estimates on our product pages, they should have arrived in around 6-8 working days. The book was thrown over the gate in the rain and became wet and partially spoilt though still readable

Although the book is what I wanted the delivery took forever, quoted 8 days and took 11 days. Wouldn't buy again based on this delivery time when I can get from Amazon next day delivery. it would be worth the bit extra from Amazon.

Very pleased to have the book. Packaging could have been better. The book no doubt moved about in the H/5 'Sealed Air' envelope, which is bigger than the book and has very thin bubble-wrap. No separate wrapping within. Top of spine (and cover) slightly bumped. Thank you for asking.

Cost £2.50 to return a £10 notebook, i.e returns at the individual's own expense. Still not received acknowledgement it has arrived - maybe it hasn't who knows!!

I paid £4.95 for 'next working day delivery'. I ordered on Saturday, hoping for delivery on Monday, which is the next working day after Saturday. It was only dispatched on monday, and my friend got in touch on Thursday to say it had arrived (her birthday was monday.)

The delivery time far exceeded that claimed on your website when I placed the order, & was far, far longer than any I have experienced when dealing with other internet book suppliers. When I approached Wordery for help, the overall feeling I got was one of avoidance rather than concern & assistance. I have grave doubts as to using your facility in future.

Hi! I ordered 2 books and although delivery was fast and prices ok, one of the books had a stripe of cardboard stuck on the back cover of the book. It was not from the envelope it was sent in. took me a while to rub it out, very strong glue and looks dirty. I was wondering, the person who packed the books, impossible to ignore it and still sent it. I was disappointed as the previous time i ordered from you, everything was perfect.

Extraordinarily long delivery time. I read before I completed my order that the delivery time could be up to 21 days, but I thought that was an extreme and didn't expect it would take that long. I ordered two language phrasebook's one in French one in Italian. They we are shipped separately. I received the French book within about two weeks. The Italian book came after I had already departed for my trip. I will not use Wordery again, I'll just go to my local bookstore

The book looked used, even though I bought it new. It was a present for someone and I was too embarrassed to give them it because it looked like I had bought it second hand.

Good service overall, in terms of quality and matching the description and how the product was packaged. However the time the products took to arrive wasn't as great. After waiting 1 and a half weeks my books came yet they should have came over a week earlier.
