THE PACKAGING IS NOT VERY GOOD. THE TOP EDGE OF THE MAP IS SLIGHTLY DAMAGED (CREASED). OTHERWISE I AM HAPPY, THE QUALITY OF THE MAP IS GOOD AND JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.

It is irritating that although the font size of a book is known to the publisher, this information is not used by the seller. Those with less than perfect sight find some of the font sizes in books difficult to read and this one is no exception. This is really where there seems to be no substitute to visiting a bookshop, but for Wordery, it would be so easy to rectify.

Hi Robert - Sometimes the font size is indicated to us by the publisher (via book data) but very often that information isn't transferred to us. If you're concerned about the font on a particular book, do contact our Customer Services team on help@wordery.com; they're happy to help with product queries :)

Placed order as a gift, two weeks ahead of time, only for it to be delayed and arrive late. Annoying.

The pages started to fall out of the book whilst reading it for the first time. This is not Wordery's fault I'm sure but the publisher has used very cheap binding methods meaning the book is not fit for purpose.

Delivery was slow. I ordered the Road Atlas on 3 July it arrived 2 August. When I contacted Wordery the response was prompt and reassuring I was advised I could get a replacement or credit if the Road Atlas was not received after 2 August - so it arrived on the last possible day.

The book was very low quality and was just a scanned copy from a university library book.

Heavy paperback books arrived in a poor paper envelop so got badly damaged in transit. Will not be ordering again

Good CS team kept me updated although in a two-book, both in-stock order - one book arrived to Sydney in 8 days the other book dispatched the same day arrived 34 days later although they promised to replace or refund if it didn't arrive. By then I had to buy it elsewhere and mail express as it was a present.

The books took longer then you said they would to arrive. No tracking available so did not know roughly what time of day they would come. As it was a big heavy parcel of 10 books I had to wait in all day for it!

When I ordered the book, NOWHERE did it state that it was not in stock and had to be ordered until after the purchase was complete. I received an email stating it would be with me in 13 working days. When I checked the on the order, it was being pushed out for almost a month. I sent in a request to cancel my order and was given a reply that "due to the stage of processing your order has now reached I am unable to prevent the dispatch of your order to you. We are sorry for any inconvenience which may be caused by our automated processing system." According to the website at that point, the book had not even shipped. Either the automation needs updating or retraining.

I contacted your office with regards to a wrong information on the postage address 5 mins after ordering and was told that nothing could be done. 5 mins after ordering, i could not amend the order and was told my order was been shipped out. i did not receive that order for over 5 working days. Not happy with your services.

Customer service was good. Books took way to long to arrive. Ordered from book depository and received 2 full orders in the time id received one from you guys. Sorry, I'll be using them in the future.

Dreadfully slow delivery involving backwards and forwards E mails. Helpful staff but Wordery really does need to sort out its delivery procedures. In 2017 snail speed deliveries are unacceptable when measured against the likes of Amazon.

One out of two books has still not arrived seven days after the latest delivery date and far too late for the childs birthday. Used Wordery before to get gifts to this address before with no problems. A big disappointment all round.
