The length of time it took to deliver the parcel which should have been the 28th of August.

Hi, as you have asked, ...I totally love the product... Unfortunately it was raining when delivered, and the parcel was left out side as I was on holiday. My son brought in the package same day and said it was soaking. As a result the covers are a bit warped. Which is disappointing. You may need to consider delivery for such unfortunate occasions as paper and rain do not sit well together. Gilly james ☹️ Sent from my iPhone

Hi Gilly - Sorry to hear that! The parcel shouldn't have been left outside, unless a note was left asking them to do so. Our Customer Services team have been in touch today to fix things.

The delivery service was fine However when my books arrived there was no figure/ price on the receipts which I need to forward to my funding body who is helping me with my course equiptment costs. I am now out of pocket and when contacting Wordery to ask if there was a possibility to get a more detailed receipt, I received no response what so ever. Good selection of books, Crap customer service

Hi Otis - Our Customer Services team responded to your query. However, I can see when you used our Contact Us form, you mis-typed the email as: "htmail.com". We didn't spot that error when replying to you so, although we did reply, our email was lost. We've been in touch again (catch Customer Services on help@wordery.com).

I ordered book which was not suitable. .....when email u were not helpful now l am stuck with a book unsuitable to give my 8 year old granddaughters boo hoo...m

Website advised me that book would be delivered in 3 to 4 days.....4 days later I received an email saying that the book had been dispatched that day and should be there in 3 to 4 further days! recipient very happy when book arrived....but 4 days after their birthday

First problem with using Wordery. A "new packing machine" led to my delivery taking two weeks. Which meant I couldn't take the two travel guides I purchased on holiday. Total waist of money.

The book you sent had an index that had no relation ship to the pages, and I have never had a guide book that did not have a map. I only hope the Tourist Information Center can produce something u8seful.

My order took a week to arrive when it had said it would only take 1 - 2 days. I submitted a query and have still not heard back from anyone. Bad customer services.

Disappointed that I paid for express delivery [2-3 days] but did not receive for 4 days, waste of that postage and the box was damaged, so did not look good as a present - also I did not ask to be sent promotional emails from you - thank you for asking

The packaging is always too big to fit through my letterbox. I will stop ordering from Wordery if this continues as it is very inconvenient.

Poor communication and delivery. Parcel took a long time to get here. In this day and age it is typical to allow 2-3 working days for delivery. I didn't receive my parcel until 10working days had passed. Very poor service. Wouldn't order from here agin.

Hi Chelsea - We're sorry to hear your parcel arrived behind schedule; it should have been received in around 7-9 working days (Mon-Fri). The delivery estimate for our products vary and we always show the expected delivery time on each product page (some of our books are delivered in 2-3 working days).

I have ordered 3 books recently, 2 of them were in excellent condition. Unfortunately 1 of the purchases was not, it was in poor condition. The corner of the book was creased and it was torn at the top and bottom of the cover. I have e-mailed Wordery via their website and again from my own personal e-mail address. They have not responded. They do not have a contact telephone number so there is nothing I can do. Very disappointed!
