Due to supplying an incorrect address I have still not received the book I ordered. Currently waiting to see if this has been returned.

You do not provide a delivery (an international shipment) with a tracking number! So I usually don't get my orders at all.

I was disappointed that the packaging was excessive for the size of the book. The book should have been able to be delivered through the letter box. Instead because of the size of the packaging it was left at the front door. We were on holiday and it was only thanks to my neighbour who was checking our house that the book was safely retrieved. If he hadn't done so the book could have been stolen and in the absence of a note I would have assumed the book hadn't been delivered. This is my first purchase with Wordery and I'm reluctant to order again if this is the usual practice of the courier.

I placed my order on 15th September and it’s now 5th October with no sign on it! I’m currently emailing back and forth with one if your team to try and arrange for it to be resent but I ordered early because I wanted it for this evening.

Hi Pam - We've liaised with Customer Services and can find only one message from you. The email address was entered incorrectly when using our contact us form (there was a typo). So, although our team did reply, it didn't get through to you. They've just been in touch again.

The book's cover was wrongly displayed on your web page: it did not show it was walking tours of Aberdeenshire. I returned it to you on 21 September 2017 (Royal Mail promised delivery within 3 working days). I have still not been refunded the full purchase price. James Lavell 02/10/17

I ordered a road atlas on the morning of Monday 11 September. This allowed a full four working days for delivery so I would be able to use it for a road trip starting on Saturday 16 September. However, the atlas wasn't delivered until Monday 18 September, i.e. after I had gone away. So the 'four working days' for delivery wasn't from the day of purchase, but from the day of dispatch.

The book took a really long time to arrive - think was down to the supplier but still annoying as it was ordered for a present and took longer than the delivery date originally given. The book was cheaper than anyone else though.

I appreciate you win on price, but two recent orders both books have been damaged. One had sections cut out of the pages (totally bizarre), and the other, the nature of your packaging meant the pages were rammed against a cardboard flap.

Took a week to process my order. Arrived in massive box for a tiny little book light. Good price, just a shame about the delay and the excess packaging.

The book was delivered on time but it was slightly bashed on one corner. Normally this wouldn't bother me, but it cost almost 50 pounds and is for an 80th birthday present, so I really wanted perfection. Acceptable, but not perfect is what I got.

I have been waiting for my order to arrive for too long(more than 3-5 days). The cover of one of the books arrived creased (folded corners). I am not happy with this order.
