I am asking for a copy of the invoice by e-mail (twice to-date) and I am being told the item has arrived and been signed for. I agree I have the books and they are first class, but please I need an invoice. Can I suggest you read the e-mails as sent.

Item sent was not in mint condition. Took far too long to get a simple answer out of customer services. Repeatedly received damaged goods from Wordery. Will not be returning to them in a hurry.

Sadly l ordered a book and received one that was not the title l ordered. I told customer service who have been polite but although like am told the correct one is on its way it will likely be 3 weeks after my expected date to have it.

you cancelled the order saying you had none in stock, but you have! you are still selling a number of this item on Ebay!

I am afraid I was very disappointed to find my order for 'Midnight Riot' by Ben Aaronovitch was not a new book that I hadn't read, but was an alternately titled copy of the first book in the series which I knew as 'Rivers of London'. The other title I purchased WAS new, however, so I was very pleased with that.

Book arrived promptly and fine. I'm getting so annoyed by follow up emails that I never want anything to do with this company again. I never subscribed to emails, I have clicked the unsubscribe to emails, and yet I STILL keep getting them. I'll go back to Amazon for future orders, who at least leave you in peace.

First of all Wordery sent the wrong book. An email from Wordery apologised and suggested I give the book to a charity and asked if I still wanted my original book. I confirmed I did and I am still waiting!

Took along time for my book to arrive, and arrived 3 days after the date given. Which was still along wait for 1 book. Took about 3weeks in total when my son needed it for school .

The first item I ordered took quite a while to arrive and the second, there was a delay with the dispatching of it and so I did not receive it by the time I needed it.

Everything was perfect, but the delivery time was waaaaay too long. I understand that the shipping is free and everything, but if I knew it would take that long, I would order it somewhere else.

The book arrived damaged - pages folded over - and the response from customer service took a long time. The book was for a gift so I had to purchase elsewhere. That said, I would still use Wordery for books for myself as the value for money is great, and when customer service did get back to me I was satisfied with their response - just not quick enough on this occasion.

Because the Moleskine diary was not described adequately on the site, and with no image of layout, I bought the wrong one. But I was extremely busy at the time so didn't return it. Shall not be dealing with you in future: it is so easy to make things clear. Disappointed.

In exchange for "free shipping" you will wait for almost a month when receiving your package. Free shipping is great if you live in the U.K. For me, it made more sense to simply walk to a local shop and purchase. The package itself was damaged upon arrival.
