Terrible delivery, still waiting for a book and the others took over a month to received

It's very frustrating when I've ordered the goods on the firm understanding of the delivery period and on the final due date you send me an email telling me that "due to unforseen circumstances" you don't have the book!!! You should make it obvious on the webpage that the book isn't available so that I can go elsewhere to buy the present and make sure it's there for her birthday. Within 48 hours of being notified that you don't have the book I then receive an email stating that the delivery is on its way. More thought is needed as to the customer experience.

Book arrived in a crumpled state, although I complained and was told I could send it back, I just never got around to it.

Good service. Quick delivey. Unfortunately I have only given 2 stars as the book I received was pretty bad. Looked like it had been printed off a home computer. It was a gardening book and there were no pictures at all! It was more like a leaflet. I don't know if wordery are responsible for this? Either way it wont be used and was a waste of money. I Kept forgetting to return, which was my fault, but I'm sure I would have been able to if I did. :( I will still use them again, just hope I pick a better book next time!

I purchasedon't over £100 worth of books but when they arrived one of them had been cut through the spine, as though it had been cut with a blade when someone was opening the package it had been stored in. Very Disappointing

Took over 20 minutes to order. Site not that easy to navigate (I have used it before) and my card was refused several times. I would rather shop in a store than use this site!

The product page stated delivery in 2-5 days. I ordered it and the order confirmation stated 3-8 days for delivery. I had a feeble response from Wordery customer services when I pointed this out, so I don't feel that they are entirely trustworthy. Disappointing

I had ordered a book as a birthday present, allowing more than your delivery lead time but it didn't arrive in time. Your idea of compensation was to suggest FREE return. Very disappointing indeed.

Great product at a great price but shocking delivery time. Took a week to even get the dispatch notice and then another week for it to be delivered.

I order 5 books recently from your website, all orders are dated 10 October 2017. So far what I have received is only 2 books from you and the rest are nowhere. Dispatches from your end have been delayed considerably and you didn't state a valid reason for such delay nor explain it.

Delivery was free but seemed as if it must have walked here. I'm now getting emails from Wordery that are bordering on spam (I'm in subscribing). First and last time I will buy from this site. There are better online book vendors without the aggressive sales model.
