The books are insufficiently packed. Every book I have received until now had at least one corner bumped. I have still some orders running and after receipt I will evaluate if it is advisable to keep ordering books from Wordery.

Returned a product which was delivered to your warehouse as I understood but instead of customer service personnel checking thoroughly, they kept coming back to say item not received and even accused me of using the wrong address label (one that they had sent to me to cut and stick to the package). I had to prove with the name of the person who had received the pack (after a protracted exchange of emails) before they finally accepted reception of the item. Not good enough because at a point, they even said that I may (or may not) hear from them again

Hi N Asare - We've looked back over your correspondence & believe you refer to an order made through Amazon. When you initially contacted us, you didn't include your order number which sadly led to a confusion - we believed you were asking about another order, for which we apologise. We process returns after they're received in a timely fashion and are happy to help expedite this process - this is the main reason we asked you for more info. They delivered the book and it was damaged; the pages were creased, the front cover was damaged internally and the delivery took longer than expected

I have not yet received my order from Monday 26th which should have arrived within 4 working days. I ordered the following book: Cognitive-behavioral Treatment for Generalized Anxiety Disorder. This book was purchased as a relative has a severe mental health condition. When the book was delivered Wordery had provided a bookmark that read in large lettering "WE'RE ALL MAD HERE. I'M MAD YOU'RE MAD..." The quote was taken from Alice in wonderland. Considering the book I had ordered related to mental health it was totally inappropriate to include this bookmark which caused me great offence. To provide a bookmark with a book related to mental health that states "YOU'RE MAD" is unacceptable and offensive. People with mental health concerns often feel stigmatised, ashamed and isolated.I understand the difficulties that would be associated with attempting to select certain bookmarks however the particular bookmark sent was totally inappropriate. I did email Wordery with this information.

The book I ordered was meant as a gift but it had bad tears at the top and the bottom of the spine. However, it was too late to return and reorder so I just had to give it to them and apologise for the damage which is far from ideal. Will most likely go back to shopping in actual shops in the future.

I ordered an etymological dictionary expecting a comprehensive tome of a book that gave the origins of all words in the English language. The one I received was 45 pages long. I'm giving 2 stars because maybe I missed something, but I'm stumped if I know what...

Despite allowing 8 working days for my travel guide to arrive, it was delivered after I'd left for the trip. I had to buy another at full price but, with limited time to plan for the trip, it had an impact on our holiday. Very disappointing.

This was the first of two orders, 3 days apart. Both were expected to take 10 days for delivery. This order took 32 days to arrive, the second (WRDRY-55-65-77910683) still hasn't arrived at 33 days (I cancelled that order, as it was actually time-critical and I had to purchase elsewhere). So I'm not certain anything went wrong other than your transport contractor's claimed delivery times being one third of actual.

I got my e-mail order confirmation on the same day 02/06/17 saying my order would be with me within 7 working days, then on 10/06/17 I received another e-mail saying that my order has been dispatched and would be with me within 4 days. It arrived on 15/06/17 that's 9 days if you don't count Saturday as a working day, even though the dispatch e-mail came on a Saturday . I know it was free delivery but in this day and age that wasn't very good service in my opinion.

I placed my order on Saturday 3rd June 2017. The acknowledgement confirmed it would be delivered within 6 working days, that is, by Monday 12th June. In fact it was not delivered until Saturday 17th June, which is 10 working days! Not the end of the world, but to add insult to injury the book was delivered in a tightly fitting "Sealed Air" envelope and as a result the top right corner of the cover and the first dozen pages were crumpled and buckled. I had paid for a perfect book, but received something less than pristine. May I suggest you take a look at Amazon's delivery times and protective packaging.

I specifically searched for British sign language books for children but was sent an American sign language book. I read the book description very carefully and there was no mention of it being ASL. It was only when the book arrived that I realised it would be useless to me.

Hi - We'd certainly like to look into this for you. The publisher description doesn't mention ASL and Baby Sign Language is usually different from any other formalised sign language (it is often for hearing children too). I ordered my audiobook sometime around the 16th of May and it did not arrive until the 17th June. I even had to send an email to find out what was going on after about two weeks because it had not arrived. When it finally arrived, the packaging was in a poor state. The box containing the audiobook was battered and ripped. I have not had a chance to check the contents but I hope the CDs are still in a good order. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering anything from sorcery again.

Products are amazing and really well packaged but delivery was absolutely awful. Took ages to come and the website were really bad about updating me on what was going on, I emailed customer service a few times and on all occasions I found them quite patrionising in attempt to be reassuring. I clearly knew something was wrong with my delivery and they refused to find out what was going on and kept telling me it was on the way when it was not.

Took to long for delivery. Was ordered on 1 June, received an email on 7 June to say that it had been dispatched. But it did not arrive until 20 June.
