Not very happy with the size of the notebook, the one I had seen in a shop was of a similar price and A5 size, this so small. Quite disappointed if I'm honest.

Hi there - We've checked the product page and we believe the information which was included gave an accurate impression of the item: "Product dimensions 118 x 162 x 18mm", "Part of a series of handy, luxurious Flame Tree Pocket Books." My first purchase impresded me with resonable price. This one I payed 9.49 and the book states 8.99 on the back. You are not that cheap after all? is the free postage just a hoak?

Hi Per - Our prices fluctuate based on the current market rates. We're often much cheaper than the recommended retail price - please bear in mind that the price is only a recommendation from the publisher rather than a stipulation. Customer service were friendly enough to begin with, however as soon as I asked for a refund on items that were lost replies became sparse and completely unhelpful. I am very upset as I have always loved buying books from here.

Hi Briony, thanks for taking the time to review your order. We're sorry that your order didn't arrive but we are unable to amend an address on a parcel once it has been dispatched. As your address was missing your building number we have to wait for it to get back to us. We're sorry about this inconvenience but we will of course refund you as soon as it is back with us.

An elderly friend asked me to get a book for him. The book came ok, but now I am getting bombarded with emails. Sometimes several a day. I have tried to unsubscribe, but it has no effect.

Hi Martin - The option to unsubscribe is at the end of all our marketing emails. If you receive any more from us, please get in touch with Customer Services on help@wordery.com as this certainly shouldn't be happening if you've correctly unsubscribed. There are some messages from which you cannot unsubscribe - order detail emails such as confirmation and dispatch notifications.

Although the delivery was free, it took a long time to come and there was no option for next day delivery. Other than that the service was very good though but that greatly impacted my service

Your order should have reached you within the estimate shown on our product page - around 7-9 working days (Mon-Fri) after ordering. Not so much a bad experience but the delay encountered from order 27/4/17. Dispatch 4/5/17 with due by 8/5/17. It arrived safely but not until 10/5/17

Hi - Some of our books are in stock in our UK warehouse while others are in stock with our global suppliers. We include any time it takes us to source a book within the estimate on our product page. The delivery estimate for your book was around 6-8 working days (Mon-Fri) from ordering and we're pleased to hear it arrived on schedule.

my purchase which was a gift did not arrive on time. I was trying to track it, but because I do not have an account set up with you when I bought it I was not able to. I was unable to actually speak to anyone. I was trying to find out what had happened to it on the day I was told it would be delivered, and the only thing I could do was send a mail. I then received a mail back to say my question would be answered within 48 hours!!! the gift was late, I was not happy with the response, and surprise ruined.

Delivery was fine but my order was slightly damaged. I bought a pack of cards (Gypsy Witch) and the package was a little ripped. I wouldn't normally mind so much but they're a gift so look bad

You used to give customers for 10% or 20% reduction coupon for all purchased books, but nowerdays it's always only from the second book. For this change wasn't clearly explained, so I'm sure that a lot of customers have had similar experiences like me.
