Item took 3 weeks to be delivered. I had to chase up the delivery myself as no emails regarding the delay were received from Wordery initially. No reason given for the delay.

I placed order Gray's Anatomy, two days after received email that order canceled. However book still advertised in online shop and shopping Google as available.

Delivery took just too long to arrive- I expected the book within a few days as it was in stock but it took 10 days.

your website takes payment before one is ready. it is not clear how to add a third card. i chose one card and it took payment from the other. have just ordered another book. again had a problem. the payment message is confusing it looks like there is another stage before payment is taken. will shop elsewhere in future.

Ordered for A special 80th Birthday to give to my Dad at party, told the order would arrive on the Wednesday, it did not arrive until the Saturday by which time it was too late. I could have ordered it elsewhere and cheaper. Would not buy from you again.

Although the product and price was fine, the time it took to arrive was terrible. It was a present and was too late to give to my friend.

The William Morris note book has a very flimsy cover and has printed price of $1.99 so should be only £1.60 ..... not £3.15 even if it does have free delivery!

Lake Como by Enrico Massetti. A slim (very slim!) book. Most of photos and maps poorly reproduced. Numerous restaurant reviews (is Mr. Massetti on commission, I wonder) and not enough detail on the attractions of the lake. Very poor value and, all in all, a disappointing purchase. Richard Ainley

I pre-ordered an item with a firm publication date. A fortnight after it should have been delivered I contacted wordery & was told that the publication had been delayed. Nobody bothered to tell me. I ordered something else instead (it was for a gift) & then the next day my original order arrived. Again, nobody had bothered to tell me it was on the way! I understand wordery has no control over publication dates, but they do have control over keeping customers informed. All very inconvenient and very disappointing.

Hi Rachel - We're sorry for the delay with publication and supply. As we weren't kept informed by the publisher, we were unable to supply you with updates. However, we're aware this is not ideal and our tech team are working on ways of addressing this kind of, rare, issue in a different way. We should have spotted the issue with your order earlier and let you know what we were doing to make sure your order got out to you as soon as possible.

18 days after ordering & paying I still haven't received all my order. Although communication has been good and staff have answered my queries promptly and politely. Goods were dispatched 2nd class mail, even after there was a delay in obtaining from their supplier.
