It took ten days for my book to arrive despite it showing as being in stock. It almost missed the birthday it was intended to be s present for.

I usually find Wordery very good. However, this last order has arrived damaged twice and I'm still waiting for the third delivery. I think the packaging for heavier books is inadequate.

Delivery time was far to long- 10 days from order to delivery is unacceptable.

Hi Sylvia - We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with the delivery time. We estimated that the book should have arrived in around 5-7 working days (Mon-Fri only) and we're unsure from your message if it reached you within the estimate. If it didn't, please do contact us on help@wordery.com.

Hi John - So we can offer a really wide range of books (over 10 million) we have some in stock in our warehouse and others in stock with our suppliers. The delivery estimate is always outlined on our product pages. If your order didn't arrive within our delivery estimates, please do get in touch on help@wordery.com.

Prices are good, but delivery is very slow. Had to wait 8 days before receiving my book. Would rather pay more for a speedier delivery.

Hi Samantha - Some of our books take a little longer for dispatch and we always factor this into our delivery estimates. We're not able to offer faster delivery for a small amount of our books but we're looking to introduce it in the future - we hope you'll bear with us in the meantime :)

Order took almost a month to arrive I am used to receiving internet orders within 4 or 5 days, it took almost a month to get here. As it was the first time i had ever ordered from you, it made me very nervous. Your customer service, who i contacted at least 3 times were very prompt with replies, but i would not order from you again, as it was too stressful for me

Purchased 2 calendars on January 1st, one for myself and one for my sister. After nothing had arrived 3 weeks later, I emailed Wordery to inquire about shipping/tracking. I emailed a few times and had a different person each time. They were friendly but not very helpful... one customer service person said I should check with my neighbors to see if they'd received my calendar. Wordery does not use tracking on orders so there is no way to tell when your item will arrive or where it is :/ Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not the best and wouldn't buy again. My calendar arrived a little over 3 weeks after payment and my sister's arrived a full month after payment.

Hi Richard, We're sorry to hear this. We send most of our packages via Royal Mail which is a non trackable service. We apologise profusely that the book was delayed but we hope that this issue doesn't deter you from ordering with us again.

Unfortunately the book arrived bent. As it was not a lot of money it was to much hassle to return it. I think it needed more packing around the book.

Shipping was really late! I wish I'd known ahead of time because after the 7-10 business days had passed, I thought it was lost in the mail and was irritated by the hassle of contacting customer service. Otherwise, it was a smooth transaction.

My book was delivered inside the time quoted, but your bags/ method of wrapping need to be more robust as the sharp edges of the text book had cut through in several places, thus exposing the book and potentially meaning it could have been lost in transit.

Did not know this was an overseas company. It took an extremely long time to get my books. Also did not like that there was no tracking of my shipment.

Short story : Waited for my book to arrive two weeks , wrote an email . Got a respond its being dispatched on Monday even though I waited already one week and it should arrive in 3-4 days . It's Friday morning and there's no book . Wrote another email asking if I'm still getting the book , and if not they should cancel order (still having hope they will send it) Got response only your order was cancelled . I must say , I was hoping I found a good bookstore since the orders arrived fast . I was wrong ...

The two maps I bought, Northern and Southern Tajikistan were small and of poor quality but more importantly do not show the whole of the country between them. Not much use.

Hi Andrew - The product dimensions are included in all our listings so we're unsure why the size was a surprise. If you mean the maps were not of the correct scale, they should both be 1 : 500 000, please get in touch with our Customer Services team on help@wordery.com. Although you fulfilled this order successfully, I'm disappointed about my other recent order (WRDRY-12-59-30515657 of 4th Jan 2017). Having accepted my order and taken my money, you then cancelled the order “due to a delay with the supplier”. If you offer items for sale and then accept orders for them, you need to supply them! This is basic stuff!
