Both books (which came separately) had dirty marks on the front covers. Which were white so showed up badly. These were gifts, so it was a shame they weren't in perfect condition.

Hi - Oh dear - we hate to hear of damaged books :( Our Customer Services team are the people to contact if you have an issue - they're always keen to fix things in the rare event of a problem & they've just emailed you with a gesture of apology.

The book arrived damaged. Unfortunately it was a gift ordered at short notice so I was unable to return it. Other than this, delivery times, order process etc was excellent.

fairly quick delivery but the actual product was not what I expected very amateurish, I could have written it myself !!! Someone is making a fortune out of a flimsy book that tells you nothing that you already know, total waste of money !! Would not recommend to anyone. Other reviews tell the same story not worth the money at all !!! Amazon echo dot could have been put together by a six form school child.

I wrote to you in an email regarding length of postage time only to be told my book would be 6 to 9 working days. This was on top of my 4 working days I had already waited. Poor customer service. Sorry but feel let down.

I realised once the order had gone through that somehow the address was wrongly put in, I am assuming auto correct played a role here. I emailed straight away to inform them, plenty of time to add a letter to the postal address with no response. Even from the there end the address should have looked wrong, I don't know many people that live on a street with just a street name. I did not receive an email back till later it had shipped and I had tried to inform them a second time. Still waiting on the book and have no idea what country it is currently in. I think they could have done more to help early on and avoid this situation. Im sure some of you will read this and say it is my fault and I am ok with that, I tried to correct it immediately and it was ignored. There are too many other online options to deal with such problems.

Speed of processing order is not to current standard amongst online retailers, as well as speed of delivery also was not very good.

I ordered my books on the 2nd and the payment was taken the next day, however it was a week before I was informed that the goods had been despatched and a couple more days before they arrived. Other online book sellers that I use don't take the payment until after the goods have been despatched. Not impressed to be honest.

I ordered two books of the same topic. I was expecting them to be similar but not the same as the ISBN numbers were different 13-9781632206565 and 13-9781620878545. these are identical books, what a waste of money.

I was very disappointed with my diabetic cookery book.it was advertised as all the ingredients being available in the supermarkets.however,being an American book,you can only get them over there ,not in my country, England.so the book is no good to me at all.

Nothing stays in Order basket when computer switched off (unlike many such systems). Yesterday I put 20 books in the Wishlist to be dealt with this week and they are no longer there . Previously they remained in the Wishlist. I have lost all my list of books and have to start again. Very poor system and not helpful to users. Long list of previous orders which I haven't found out how to get rid of as they just clutter the site. As I was hoping to order about 200 books a year I find this very unsatisfactory and may well look elsewhere.

Hi - We're unsure from your review if you mean you added the books to your wishlist (after logging into your My Wordery account) or if you added them to the basket. Baskets often aren't saved, and our prices & stock levels fluctuate, but Wishlists should be. Our Customer Services team have sent you an email asking for more info :)

I bought a Haynes manual for Nissan Pathfinder 2004-20?? but it wasn't apparent that the manual is an American edition (totally different engines) and of limited value to owners of the UK/Irish/Australian etc. Pathfinders with 2.4 diesel engines. The manual arrived promptly. It would have been helpful if the word "American" had been included at the ordering stage! PC
