“When my book arrived it had moved about in the packaging and the cover was damaged and several of the pages were bent.”

“Books stated as available but are not actually available. This is Misleading and not updated information. I Was disappointed to order a set of three books when it said all were available and I only receive the last of the three part series I ordered delivered to me. I would have ordered from another supplier if I had known this. Now a very long wait to dispatch the first two books weeks later. Yet still says they are available on wordery. Check before you order a series of books.”

“The item was delivered to a neighbour with no indication that this had been done. I was not contacted and no note was left. The present was intended for a child of one of my friends, and because we were not aware that it was with a neighbour we were not able to give it to them.”

Hello there - we are puzzled by your review. Wordery is your online bookshop. Although we do sell more than just books, such as toys and stationery, jewellery is not something we have in our bookshop inventory. We wonder if your review is in reference to an order placed with another retailer?

Hi there - so that we can offer the widest range of books possible, we source some of our items from suppliers after an order has been placed. These items have a longer dispatch time which we make sure to include in the delivery estimates on the product page. We're pleased to see that your order was dispatched on time; our delivery estimate for this book was between 5 and 11 working days.

“I love wordery as price is the lowest in the market and you have such as great variety and books even in Spanish. But! Guys you need to improve timing... It took ages to get my book dispatched and haven't arrived yet... Still waiting, it took a month for previous purchases and same story for this one I suppose... That's why I give a low rate. If you could get your purchases delivered in 2 weeks at least after purchase, would be perfect”

“Very slow service. Took 2 weeks for the order to be dispatched despite it saying it was in stock and would be delivered within 7-11 working days. When the book eventually arrived it was then left outside my back door in the pouring rain. Next time I’ll pay an extra couple of pounds and use amazon which consistently delivers within a few days.”

“While grooms pricing delivery was Twice as long as stated (over 3 weeks off memory) and while I ordered my books with plenty of time they did not arrive until after my study term had already started.”
