“As per email, the Birthday present for my daughter DID NOT arrive as per spec, which was extremely disappointing as other suppliers delivered her other presents on time! Before my daughter returned to London, I had to make a 20 mile round trip in my car so that she had the present!!!!! NOT HAPPY!”

“I ordered two books from wordery, Cambridge Learner's Dictionary, polski, and the Oxford Essential Polish Dictionary. I should not have bought the so-called Learner's Dictionary because it is meant for a Polish speaker and I am American, English speaking. I was not able to return it because of the ridiculous shipping cost to London. Whatever business relationship you have with agents in USA, I will not risk being trapped for a loss by that arrangement in the future.”

“My order took 3 weeks to be completely delivered as it was sent in 3 separate packages all of which where ridiculously oversized for their contents. So wasteful. Wordery are obviously not in any way concerned about reducing their carbon footprint. In future I’ll order from their competitors whose prices may be marginally higher but who deliver quicker in a single, appropriately sized package.”

“Very slow delivery and the audio 'cd' turned out to be an MP3 disc. Fortunately I have a personal cd player that will play it but otherwise what would I have done with it? Far from the best company that I've dealt with.”

“I'm not sure why you don't use the kind of wrap around card box that fits any size of book. When books are packed in larger boxes with paper filler they can move around and the dustjackets get crumpled. Such an easy thing to resolve.”
